Well, right now ICO market is dead, so the way how to find most promising ICOs is next, I am searching here, on bitcointalk, then I chat in telegram and find best suggestions
Honestly, most ICO projects I find with the help of the most promising bounty managers!
but there are always a lot of people taking part in such bounties and the payments are very small at the end of the campaign
I always use one rating website - it is called icodrops l, because only here you can find good and objective ratings, and simply listing on this website tells a lot of good things about ICO project.

I would say ico websites since they are the ones that list all of the icos that are coming out but the downside is that they have ALL the icos listed there so both the good ones and the ones that are not good are going to be there and it is going to be up to you to make sure that you are putting your money into the right coins by researching them

Well there are a lot of sites that provide the newest ICO's that appeared, for example Bountyhive.But you can do research on your own and see if the projects have a good idea and a promising plan.You can find even here on Bitcointalk threads where people are posting ICO's but you risk to sign in a scam so , be careful.
To see the promising ICO, of course we all have to look at the project that carried out the ICO. If it's good and potential, I'm sure I'll promise. There are so many ways to find good ICO. You can search on the platform or in this forum. So promising ico can be seen from the project too.
