How do I get access to my Zcash (ZEC) coins that were still in the ZEC pool before you closed it?

I want to withdraw my zcash from the pool but can't login .
Zec pool still down, and still no reply from the the pool owner here or in pm . Anyone can point me to where I can contact the dev would be appreciated .

New to mining and I am trying to mine ZCash with EWBF Zec Miner 0.3.4b (I'd be open to a better one if I could find one), through SuprNova pool but I can't seem to get the SuprNova site to show that my worker is active. I read multiple post that says I should make sure my (user), (Password) and (port) are correct? I think they are correct and still not showing anything on the SuprNova my account worker still shows X and my dashboard shows 0.00 Sol/s. So I know I have something incorrect.
The API shows it is connected to the server.
From the default setup when installing the EWBF it looks like the user should be your --payment address.rig name --pass x -- port 2142. This may be what I have incorrect. any help would be awsome. if the payment address doesn't go here? where do I put it?
here is what I have in the suprnova.bat file
miner --server zec.suprnova.cc --user t1aYfzQx5N7qmCK8W5YZgsaQATpjEWXAhi5.gateway --pass x --port 2142 --api 127.0.0.1:42000

I'm also not sure if I'm having an issue, but it's driving me crazy wondering so I figured I'd come to the source to verify.
Started Mining Zec, via EWBF miner on smos. Mined for a complete day with no issues, did pretty well. My miner shows accepting shares, good sol/s, temp, etc, everything performing as it should...
however, when I got to zec.suprnova and log in... NOTHING is registering. All previous transactions have been confirmed, there are no unconfirmed. last block on the pool is 250923, many hours ago... and everything just seems to have stopped moving.
My miner hasn't stopped... I'm getting good shares accepted. But nothing on my suprnova account.
Is that normal? Has the pool just ceased to get blocks? Is that possible/normal? When will I make money again? haha.

Double and triple check your SN username is correct
Double and triple check your miner name/password you are using in your smos string is correct and already registered at SN > MY ACCOUNT > MY WORKERS correctly (do you have the tick for your miner under the ACTIVE column? https://www.screencast.com/t/4R3uCQ23 .. if you don't then SN isn't receiving your data)
Double check your server and port values in the EWBF string
BTW, get a few extra sols by using DSTM instead of EWBF

Anybody else has issues with conneting to the pool? Was working fine untill cca 2h ago, now I only get "detected new work" and nothing happens after that.

Ocminer, I've tried to contact suprnova via Twitter, email to [email protected], filling up the webform of the website and ultimately a pm to your bitcointalk.org account. NO reply at all. I'd appreciate a response since I am missing 0.04 BTC from my payouts.
I don't see any PM's regarding this issue, however, the pool is paying in ZEC, not BTC. If you've rented hash @ nicehash and paid a certain amount and got less than expected, that might be due to an unlucky round. Try the same on a different pool over a few rounds and you'll see the results are the same.
I test and feel very bad.......

Maybe there was a difficulty retarget after or while the block was found.

Hi there! I started mining zcash anonymously on suprnova a few days ago. After a little backread, I found that reusing a zcash address from a registered account would result to unpaid shares on the anon account. And that changing the address on either the registered or anon account would fix this. So I changed the address on my registered account, thus the anon account's address is now unique. I did this yesterday (almost 24 hours ago), but still the auto payout for the anon account has not yet triggered (I have more than 0.01zec confirmed balance already). How long should I wait for the auto payout to trigger? Thanks for any info!

I've rent some mining power on nicehash today for 0.009 btc and started mining on that pool. At the block 167230 my reward was 0.0092 ZEC. After that I've put all my rented power to mine the next block which was found after 6 hours. In dashboard there was some earnings, but when block 167366 was found, earnings just gone. In the statistics I have no shares for that block also for some reason.
At the end of the experiment I spent 0.009 btc on nicehash and got the 0.009 ZEC on suprnova pool.
