Southxchange seems to be coughing up a hairball. They said they were reloading for a necessary update yesterday, but never came back online.
There was a twitter post from SouthXchange about 20hrs ago. Given the deteriorating political situation in Argentina, we can only hope all is well.

ABOUT THE TITHE
I see it, at its' heart, as both the practical expression of the Knightly virtue of charity, and a statement of faith in the future of our beloved coin.
As I understand it, the Tithe is a voluntary act. It's not a condition of Knighthood that an exact figure is calculated & required to be paid. Yes, there is a guideline of 10% of the interest gained on the 100,000,000 Zeit needed for Knighthood - which for the year up to March 2016 would be 1,500,000 Zeit - but as
a) The fund has not had the chance to gain interest on those donations due to - let's be honest here - apathy 'at the top'; &
b) Most of the Knights are actually holding substantially more than that 100 million,
my own feeling is that a somewhat greater show of generosity is in order, so that's what I've done. I hope other Knights feel the same.
Please remember that the PURPOSE of the fund is to both contribute towards the costs of maintaining the services essential to our continued growth; and to build the ability to create &/or support projects which are 'in-tune' with the long-term ethos of our shared vision of a better future for all mankind through the intelligent use of technology.
Also, there is no bar to any other holder of Zeitcoin from making a voluntary contribution to the fund - just because.
All that said, the address for this round of donations to the Knights' Fund is:-

So my vote to no exemptions in the first year.
OK,
If any Knight had a problem with it, then that is the end of that.
However, I personally feel it is unfair, so I will pay the 1st year Tithe for r0cinante along with my Tithe this year only.

1.5 would have been right for 6 months ago dude - that's why I suggested 2. Then in 2017 it will be 1 mill & then 500 thou for 'eternity'

confusion is a natural state at my age.

2016 Tithe is 2 Million
2017 Tithe is 1 Million
2018 & every Year after Tithe is 500 Thousand.
It is Ok with Me.
2 Million is ok with me, too. Just send the address where we should pay our membership fee (I wonder if I can deduct from tax in Germany
). I believe that having something in the pot asap would be a great idea to start the things moving in our community.

(Anyone know the support staff at Yobit, PM them to fix their ZEIT Wallet , Support Tickets and messages in Chat Box have not been Answered.)
FYI:
Yobit feels like Cryptsy, unresponsive and ignoring the simplest of issue , like even just restarting the wallet.
If you have any coins with them, I would get them out while the wallets work.

They transferred the balances of the coins they were migrating to their new platform and left behind the balances of the coins they were discontinuing. Shame really, the new platform is clean looking and responsive, but there are no coins that interest me there now. As I said I've been pestering them to keep ZeitCoin around, hopefully they can be persuaded.
Decent copy of Poloniex. Haven't used it yet ... noticed a few bugs and Zeit not listed so .. meh, maybe later.

I've been working on the site op to persuade him to transition Zeit over to the new platform, but more voices may help persuade. Check it out and let them know that we want ZeitCoin to continue to be available at alcurex.com, just as it was at alcurex.org.
