One of the main points to the new ZEO coin , is snapshots will never be needed.
So they should never have to provide a snapshot again.
great news!As the new coin has header sync, so snapshots are a thing of the past.
What you want to ask for is an Node IP to connect to , so you can sync.

fxtronic provided his zeo address like 8th post from the top of this page.
He will need to sync , before his zeo address registers any updates of coins you may have already sent.
So having an addnode=
IP address , is what he needs.
Does he place it zeocoin.conf or is there a different process to addnode for zeo.

Zeitcoin & ZEO are two separate networks, so copying a zeitcoin node IP , does not guarantee a Zeo IP.
Best thing is to just ask for a ZEO node IP until a ZEO Only blockexplorer is created at some later date.
