Hmm,
if it is an old wallet, then Rename your wallet.dat to wallet.old and then try to sync.
if the above fails or it was already a new wallet.
Other option is to auto restart the wallet and let it run overnight when no one is using the PC.
Create a bat file that auto restarts, be sure the zeitcoin-qt.exe is in the directory where you start the bat file.

PC needs to have 4 gig of ram, as zeitcoin will use ~2 gig at the present time.
If you are running windows 10 be sure and set compatibility mode to Windows 7 for the zeitcoin app.

Yeah the wallet.dat is pretty old almost 5 years, i have 16 GB of ram and i also tried to run only the Zeitwallet and nothing else besides. Had the script running through the night it worked like a charm and did the trick. Thanks man you have been really helpful.
