Most of ZIL's attention is on the Asian side, hoping that the team will further develop its popularity in the US and Europe.
This project is very young and the team has focused to make it complete asap they is why they are promoting this on limited platforms once this will get completed than they move to other markets and start big marketing campaign for these countries too.

All exchanges are best it depends on you which you choose to buy from seeing which is more convenience for your need. Zilliqa looks like a very promising coin. I will be keeping a very close eye on this coin.
All the cryptocurrency websites more or less follow the same pattern but I believe that CoinTopper (https://cointopper.com) displays the data in a more concise and compact manner. The list of top viewed coins can give an idea to regular visitors as well as new ones about the latest trends. The complete interface seems very clear-cut compared to others.

Even if we look at short term gaining or loosing share of market Zilliqa has outperformed many markets. Many people thought that recent increase was pump and will show significant decrease in its value but they were wrong. Zilliqa is tradition breaker when it comes to see large supply which left many people behind and they didn't get on in time. Same will be story in a year from now people talking about current price was opportunity.

Ethereum is used because it is a working platform with 7 to 30 transactions per second. Zilliqa is already doing close to 3k... they will be leading the way in the near future...

It is not easy to implement 10000TPS in the network of non trusted nodes in the center. Zilliqa's fragmentation technology will achieve this goal in the future.

There are no masternodes in Zilliqa and hence nodes do not need to own coins a priori or put a deposit to be a part of the network. There is also no plan for masternodes.
