Bravo!
Some random dude joined the forum on June 13th, 2019

🚩 Starting from the first post he knows what he wants
>Ratimov takes article in Russian
>Uses Google translate on whole article
>Posts in English
>Passes off as own work ("In this article I would like to touch upon")
Result: Earned a lot of merit.

🚩 Fooled the merit senders, the entire community.
...English is not my native language and I cannot create completely English texts myself, without auxiliary tools....

🚩 An arrogant lower level cheap disrespectful towards others who he does not like and trash talker. I don't need to quote anymore to prove it. Anyone can see it from his attitude towards others.

Read his posts history. How many will agree with me that his English is very good, better than my English who lived in England for over nine and half years and had a higher degree from one of the University there. It's like in only 8 months he had a massive change from using auxiliary tools. Grin

Takes:
Ratimov was not someone who started the account Ratimov. Before creating the account Ratimov this guy had months if not years of experience on the forum. After the introduction of merit system when he was not ranking up because of shit posting and realized that shit-posting will not earn him good money, he drafted a blueprint and the product is Ratimov. I would not wonder if this guy has more accounts and milking this forum at its top level. How this guy or guys like him are not dangerous for this bitcointalk community?

So Ratimov came up with a nice theory. One guy can manage 60+ accounts.

The pharmacist as usual, "Right/wrong, I agree/not agree, ..... keep reading, ..... keep reading, keep reading...."
(You don't need to read, he really do not add any value. 50+ posts a week is what he cares)

As usual LoyceV but hey at least you do better than few others, follow and respect rules.

nutildah (huh! you are killing it man! 5K+ merit!) Stop this shit of connecting account with no solid evidences but guessing from post history.

Suchmoon, right? How about F**K you!

Good old DdmrDdmr. Keep it up mate.

Where is xtraelv? Lafu? Hilary (I have no bad feeling for you anymore, but I will still say that you ruined me on the forum. I was a dedicated loyal forum user. But you thought me as an alt of S_Therapist which was a complete wrong accusation and I could not take that easily), where is moronboroza (I have no bad feeling for you too anymore.)

This place hasn't improved at all, sadly.

I have no love, sympathy for anyone who is plagiarist but this is ironic when you all are finding plagiarist, banning them from a thread that have been created by a well-known plagiarist and no one is even talking about it anymore LOL

I think you guys are doing the same mistake that have done on me and S_Therapist.

RainbowKun has been targeted and Ratimov is having fun. You did the same to mdayonliner when xtraelv was just having fun. If anyone is dangerous for this community then it's users like Ratimov and xtraelv

PS: Ratimov and xtraelv has their differences in interest ofc.

I really don't quite understand,
This post, can make you easier to understand.

As a newcomer to the community, I have also participated in the suggestions and imagination of a small partner built by the forum App;

  • 1. When people start to move from the PC to the mobile phone, we are bound to make some changes. This change conforms to the intentions of the people, and builds an app with the original intention of maintaining high quality in the forum, and joins some groups. The group function allows users in various countries and regions to communicate effectively.
  • 2. Set up some reward mechanisms for high-quality posts, so that everyone here is not only spiritually driven, but also rewarded.
  • 3. Set up a group function so that everyone can learn and communicate effectively in this group. I have to say that the communication method 10 years ago should now be added with some diversified functions, and more young people have also joined in. The level of our life is increasing in all aspects, to meet some of our delays and misses due to timeliness. Your good ideas and good friends will be more beneficial to push the forum forward.
  • 4. The app can be launched in stages and recruit volunteers from the Bitcoin community to participate in the development. I think only friends here can do what we want.
  • 5. We come from different countries and regions. We need to overcome language barriers and expressions to get effective communication. I think a large number of partners have encountered the same problem.
  • 6. Offline communication is also a very important link. It will be warmer than online communication. We can regularly send offline communication meetings so that friends who love Bitcoin can meet and interact, so that this group can be more powerful and affect More people join the cause of building the forum. Of course, my ideal is to be able to show up a Bitcoin tour of the Holy Land, where Bitcoin can be used to pay for anything, hotels, museums, convention centers, restaurants. . . .
  • 7. This friend said very well @fillippone What is the biggest driving force and asset in the past 12 years: community. Regardless of whether it is a community giving back forum or a forum giving back to the community, what should we do to give full play to the power of the community.
  • 8. Some boring sections of the community can be removed.

As a newcomer, I think I shouldn't talk so much, but I really love Bitcoin, love this place, and love the people here, so I'm sorry to say too much, please forgive me.

All troops are lowered in that thread.

8. Some boring sections of the community can be removed.
I'm citing your community's main point of view.

If this Merit is Bitcoin, I can understand it, but Merit cannot be exchanged for Bitcoin or cash. I really don’t understand.
What are you talking about, don't pretend you don't know.
you yourself say, you yourself do not understand, strange.

I have my opinion and conclusion in this thread [two] things.
1.Chinese community, can say one office, company with different people, but have this one senior person in Bitcointalk who guides them in posting on Bitcointalk.
2. The Chinese community, which consists of several Alternative Accounts that they manage here, can be seen in terms of their style of posting, but they have a specific purpose.

What was suspected by: nutildah and Ratimov were right, his guess was right, unfortunately we can't draw a valid conclusion, because they haven't been involved in the transaction, just been involved in abusing [Merit].

There is something interesting here in the future, if it is not revealed from now on, we will see more of them making mistakes, now they are alert to connect with each other.
I really don't quite understand,
Like you said, there is a company in an office,Is there any benefit to posting on this forum? Can it make money?
Does this matter need cost? Can cost and benefit be equated?
If a company does this, I think their boss may be that IQ is not online.

And I have said many times, I don’t know what account farm, what legion, it’s ridiculous, I will never accept slander, it’s too bullying.

How magical is this Merit,This can be turned into a battlefield. If this Merit is Bitcoin, I can understand it, but Merit cannot be exchanged for Bitcoin or cash. I really don’t understand.

this is human nature.
No that's not slander, it's a fact, you are a Chinese community consisting of several people, some of you are using alternative accounts, some are honest, you guys are sneaky at this, you guys are greedy to dominate Bitcointalk but that's not the case, we have the best people here, to undermine your will.

I tried to see one by one the participants in this thread, it does look a little bit different in the [Chinese] proverb, almost all the accounts here, especially those involved in [Merit] as alleged in this thread, it can be said that all languages [of the Chinese community] if translated, into Chinese, are easily obtained on google.

As I said in this post, I am Kun Yuan from China, and I never shy away from my Chinese identity. Since 2018, some of the articles I wrote have been widely circulated on the Chinese Internet. Some articles are signed, and some articles are not signed. I am the original author of these articles.
If they "widely circulated", that must mean you've published them somewhere first. You can make all doubt go away by linking your original article. If I'd ever publish some of my posts in a different language elsewhere, I'd instantly add a link saying: "previously posted in English on Bitcointalk".
If your answer is going to be that your original is no longer available, but only copies created by others, you're not making a very convincing point.

27. Using automated translation tools to post translated content in Local boards is not allowed.

Later I will show some evidence that I am Kun Yuan himself.
Please do.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5347137

同样是这一篇,我7月2号就已经发表在bitcointalk上面了,请大家仔细看一下时间。
Please post in English.
It seems correct: the article on https://www.ibtctrade.com/college/941.html?lang=en has a later date than the post on Bitcointalk. I don't know if posting dates can be manipulated though.

Here I will publish a complete list of accounts (at the moment) that have been verified by me and absolutely all accounts have a connection and similar parameters.

In general, if we look at the list of accounts, then there are often very close registration dates, or similar nicknames. Sometimes the cheater lacked imagination and he repeated himself. For example: RainbowKun - Rainbow-queen, Louis Harper - Harper32, ROSEDF - ROSERTY. In general, the style of many nicknames is repeated and has a similar style.

As for the 19 out-of-the-list accounts, I have questions for some, and for some I am almost certainly sure that this is all from the same farm, but I still need to watch, I will not rush for now. Perhaps someone will find those matches that I did not notice and will be able to attach the involvement of these accounts to the rest:

Perhaps I'm still going in the right direction to the Kaggie and KingsDen accounts. I still have doubts about them, but most likely they are also the alts of this farm.

Oh, that's fun.

My comments stand for themselves without my name or any account attached.

I have not checked this forum for the past two weeks. This summer of my posting was fun and cathartic, but I am now busy with regular work so that activity won't return soon.
Much more importantly, I stopped posting because I would like to have 100 activity and 200 merit. It's too cute, so didn't want to ruin that too soon with the wrong post. (edit: Oh crap, I forgot about how things add +14 activity.. Hmm, I should have thought about this more. I will have to see whether I can get a different integer multiple.) Which in part is why I was silently editing two meta-wiki posts that could translate portions to the public wiki.

Now I am in the awkward position of having to have an uneven amount of activity and merit.

Oh well. C'est la vie. Wink

Kunyuan Original Serial 6'' blockchain is a switch for human beings to evolve from carbon-based to silicon-based civilization (https://www.xuehua.us/a/5eb64dfe86ec4d3b43531c61)
There is a QR code at the bottom of the article. I think you can add what you said "KUNYUAN" as a contact to verify if it is the original author. Download a wechat. Why don't you investigate further since this step has been investigated?

I just added KUNYUAN, but no response so far.

I desperately need Rainbowkun to prove himself. This way I can get rid of the alt tags imposed on me.

I tried to reply to that article by Ratimov, but I gave up. That post is too confusing. But ratimov mentioned my name again today, accusing me and them of using the same image conversion website.

The Ghoul:

Code:
https://i.loli.net/2021/08/05/LA1mM9y7VcUgk8Q.png

https://sm.ms

This website is my most frequently used website. Yes, I am Chinese. If you search for "图片转换成链接" in google. sm.ms is the first few searches in google.

Yes, they gave me another tag.. I think I have to go to Ratimov’s post to explain....
This is all my explanation of this matter. Don't mention my name again.

What is loli.net, to be honest, I haven't studied it carefully. I don’t think it’s the meaning of pornography mentioned above...I only know that this website can convert my pictures into bbcode.(If you have a better picture converted into bbcode website, you can tell me, I will try to use.)

Mr. Kun, without trying to invade your personal privacy any further, could you perhaps just add a line to your LinkedIn page that says "I am RainbowKun on Bitcointalk"? You could place it in the About section, for one day.

If you can do this, just as a temporary measure to prove your identity, I will personally apologize to you for calling you a liar and a cheater.

I have sent you a PM and changed one of my social media introduction information according to your requirements. Please check it.

I have sent a PM to Mr. nutildah, and put "I am RainbowKun on Bitcointalk" on my social media signature as he requested to prove that I am the original author of these articles. I published some articles in China's encrypted media in 2018. However, many of the contents are too long and have a certain time effect, so the articles published on bitcointalk are all modified and improved based on my original views. But now most of the articles are rewritten by me in the past two months. This took up almost all of my energy.

Then I will continue to collect data and let everyone take a closer look at whether I am abusing merit. Please wait for my next evidence.

I hope that everyone in the forum can communicate peacefully, instead of saying that rainbowkun is a liar, he is forming a legion to abuse merit, and he is defrauding community assets. Then a group of people shouted that this was a big liar and killed him. I hope that each of us can have our own independent judgment ability and the most basic thinking ability. Otherwise it will really make people look at jokes.

Why do I get a Warning: "Report it or find help. Images of child abuse are illegal" notification when I search Google for "loli.net"?

Most likely it's because the word "loli" is in your search result, which would potentially relate to lolicon.

I wanna ask, is this the culture forum? A culture of bullying newbies. Is this still a sacred legacy left by Satoshi Nakamoto? Why is it taken over by some tyrants and bandits? It's the biggest insult to Satoshi Nakamoto.

The problem is you. You're a liar and a cheater. It is you who is cheapening the value of the forum by flooding it with plagiarized and spun text that you claim to be original thought (it is not).

For example, your topic

Bitcoin, switcher for mankind from Carbon-based to Silicon-based civilization

is almost a word-for-word translation of this article:

``Kunyuan Original Serial 6'' blockchain is a switch for human beings to evolve from carbon-based to silicon-based civilization

This article is three years old and I don't believe you are the original author. For example,

In the Internet age, you don’t know if your chatting partner is a dog. In the blockchain age, you don’t know if your trading partner is a machine.

A dog cannot truly chat with people on the Internet for the lack of shared language. But in the time of blockchain, it is possible for a machine to transact with humans because they do have a common language.

So... let me guess what you're going to say next: you are actually Kun Yuan, Senior Algorithm Engineer for Alibaba Group and Google Scholar, right?

Yes, you did a great job and searched for my article written in Chinese in 2018. I am the original author Kun Yuan, and I am also from China. Later, I will introduce my resume in the crypto world. My energy is mainly used in writing and the design and development of smart contracts. You can't frame me for forming a Merit Corps and abuse Merit just because I am a Chinese. If I can see the face of a Chinese on the forum, I feel very cordial. I believe that if you find the faces of your country on the forum, you will also feel very cordial. I will introduce my experience in detail later.

As I said in this post, I am Kun Yuan from China, and I never shy away from my Chinese identity. Since 2018, some of the articles I wrote have been widely circulated on the Chinese Internet. Some articles are signed, and some articles are not signed. I am the original author of these articles. I am now revising some of these points and publishing them on bitcointalk, and more of them are new articles. I myself have a very high reputation and influence in the crypto world in China. I also mentioned this in a previous post. I will introduce my experience in the crypto world in detail later.

My current main energy lies in writing and the design and development of smart contracts, which has taken up all of my energy. So when I was framed for building a merit farm, I was very angry. As I said earlier, if you see the faces of people from your own country on Bitcointalk, you will feel cordial.

Later I will show some evidence that I am Kun Yuan himself. For the past three or four years, I have been working hard for the Bitcoin consensus building.Similarly, I will continue to provide evidence that I am not abusing merit.

Why do I get a Warning: "Report it or find help. Images of child abuse are illegal" notification when I search Google for "loli.net"?

Because loli, or lolicon is a term (slang) for underaged children, in Japanese culture. Similar to hentai = animated Japanese porn, loli leans towards characters that look like kids/ pre-adolescents.

Therefore when some enters it, Google would think its about searching for the genre, or porn of the sort.

If someone (here: allegedly RainbowKun) starts out to farm a 60 alt account army with the posting quality he creates (no matter whether we like the content, but just the effort he seems to be putting in), how the heck do you see him ever get near the level to finally make that pay off?
It's possible to sell off higher-ranked accounts with a lot of merits/sMerits.  That's one way to make money from having a bunch of ranked-up accounts.  Another way is to actually create a bounty farm, with friends/family members participating with the accounts once they've achieved a rank where their earnings can be at least near maximized.  It doesn't have to be only one person doing all the work, you know.

Using loli.net address redirects to SM.MS

I have not tried to search for loli.net somewhere. This address appears only if you upload a picture to the SM.MS service.

As Imgur is unavailable in China, they use SM.MS, a Chinese image hosting service. loli.net domain is just their CDN.

I'm not sure how to search for an image url through ninjastic.space and whether it's possible at all, but you can get some results using google:

edit:
No. It doesn't work with Google either.

Most of these accounts have been copy/translate/pasting -- the best way to slow them down is to get them banned for plagiarism. And like I said, if the mods can't recognize non-English plagiarism for what it is, I will tag these accounts as cheaters in the meanwhile.

<…> I understand what you mean.<…>
<…> Should we describe a known historical event as evidence of plagiarism?
I’ll start with the second part of the quote. Let’s start by understanding briefly what plagiarism on this forum means:
It’s the intent to pass somebody else’s content as one’s own. Now this can be done for a wide variety of reasons, as my time here on the forum has shown me. Reasons such as the following would come to mind (non-exhaustive):

-   To pretend to know more than one really knows.
-   To go merit fishing.
-   To create a content with minimal effort.
-   To build-up Activity (again with no effort).
-   To make-up for one’s limitations on posting skills and/or language.

Note that I am not implying that any one of those applies to you here, as I’m simply trying to set a basis for a common understanding on what plagiarism here is.

Now plagiarism can be total (all the content is plagiarized), partial (a small or not so small part), or word-spun based (instead of a copy/paste, it’s a copy/spin/paste).

In order to avoid being accused of plagiarism, it is sufficient to add a reference to the correct sources at the time of creating the post. Some may disagree if that should exonerate all content from falling under the said categorization, but it seems to be the consensus and tradition here. Some people additionally add them simply as a means to reference further reading.

Of course, you may encounter situations whereby the referenced source is really not the source to the content, or that the source is added in the aftermaths to being accused of plagiarism. It falls upon the moderators to determine if a text is plagiarized to some extent, and if the source is present (and possibly, if it was in a timely manner and if it even points to where it should). I figure a report of such accusations to the moderators is a prerequisite, which does not mean it may be debated here and there amongst forum members.

In general terms, most of what we post on the forum is rehashed from somewhere, be it some recent article, video, book, essay or whatever we’ve used as a cognitive source. When one expresses that content in his own words, it is logically not going to fall under the plagiarism categorization.
Historical facts are obviously cognitively obtained from multiple sources at different points in time. Hell, I know people who could depict factual correct historical from the top of their mind, with no need to consult any reference.

The bottom line is not what is reflected per se, but whether it is totally or partially attributable to the exercise of the prior depicted meaning and implications of the forum’s understanding on plagiarism.

Now as to what I meant in my prior post, which you indicate you understood. The question stands on why the extract of text depicted by @nutildah show an apparent exercise of text spinning. You must admit that this does seem like a (small) exercise of text spinning. To make it easier to follow my narrative, I’ll replicate the said post here:

<…> OK this is really weird:

Triffin Dilemma warns us that a monetary system that depends on the currency of a single sovereign country as its only tool in international liquidity will undoubtedly be trapped into Triffin Dilemma.

...
The Triffin Dilemma warns us: The system that relies on the currency of a sovereign country as an international currency will inevitably fall into the Triffin Dilemma and collapse.
...

The dude just plagiarized himself. Here is the original BTW:

The discussion is not over the historical facts, but rather, specifically, if in order to expose them here, some intended word spinning was used. Bear in mind that, additionally, at the time of publication on the forum, the article bore no reference links.

The second part of the question was simple: Why add references to 5 threads today, are they the real sources used?
Rather that infer a reason, I believe it’s reasonable to ask you openly in a thread such as this, since the above quoted case cropped-up here.

No, you don't seem to understand. There are elements in your posts that appear to be plagiarized, and what's even worse is that you're using an article spinner to create the illusion that you have a unique piece and that you don't need to reference the source.

You added Wikipedia references only today, after being exposed.
