I think ETH is far more better than BTC
If seen last in the second graph the coins this is really really different. bitcoin is very difficult to go up while etherum already provide plenty of profit to investors so I guess choosing 10 ethereum is the right choice to invest.
The holding of 10 ETH than 1 Bitcoin will be more beneficial in future. Because Bitcoin already surpasses its initial position. But I am not intending to do not buy Bitcoin. Buy but the possible quantity.

10 ETH more promising and has a great future ahead of it on with BTC. coin ETH valued more in the future has the potential to earn large fortunes and ETH is also the right coins for future investment.
I would rather buy 10 Ethereum instead of 1 Bitcoin. I always like it. I miss many opportunities. Now I have to make the right investment.
Now i would surely recommend you to buy 10 eth. If you noticed btc has almost become more than $4500 while eth is still low for you to double your investment it can take time while for eth it's still around $300 and many are speculating it can become $1k by end of this year with 10 eth you can triple your investment in few months.

Today btc is $10k let's assume he would have made 2 times the profit but eth had increased by 4 times so well if he did follow my guidance he would have $10k currently.

I agree with ETH is a lot better than Bitcoin, it has a lot more functionnality, if bitcoin reach 100k then the fee are going to be really crazy, they need to fix the fee first and then maybe bitcoin can go to 100k. I hope lightning network will fix this issues
With $3000 to invest, is there any advantages to either, with the expectations/hopes that they both will continue to grow? Just trying to see what others would do, as I plan to let this initial investment sit for 5yrs minimum in a cold wallet.

Well in today's situation, 1 btc is almost equal to 10 eth. But, it's still good to invest with bitcoin since bitcoin continuously increasing its value even its going down for a while.

I compare the bitcoin and eth prices at the moment. eth prices in few months continue to grow. and btc prices have increased in the last few months and currently the price of btc is down. if I have the funds, I will invest my money in for 2 coins . I will invest in eth and btc. both of them is really good to invest.

ETH has still many things to do to get the supremacy of the entire crypto market. We can't say it's simply better than BTC. We need to have more development from ETH this year.

I would prefer ethereum. This does not mean that bitcoin will not grow, but I think that ether will increase faster in a percentage ratio.
For now, I will surely picked Ether, the demand for ICOs is on the rise and will continue to drive the price of Ether up, because most of these tokens will be locked up, another token set for a good year is NEO IMO because there are like 25 ICOs coming up on it this first quarter
