I do not think anyone would want to lose the bitcoin they have, but if someone gives me 1 bitcoin, I'll keep it until bitcoin has a very high price, so the profit is doubled.
Not sure of but there are generous people who can give 1 bitcoin away for their friends or loved ones that they are really valuing well or helped them a lot and it serves him right to give it to someone that he thinks who deserve it. But in my part I can't give 1 bitcoin as a whole, I can cut some amount and will probably give 0.01 BTC to someone that I'll choose to give it.

It depends. If the price looks high, I will sell it right away. However if the price gets lows, I will save and wait until the price gets high.
1 Bitcoin as a gift from someone is quite a gift for me. I will keep it on my wallet and hodl it for good and i think it's timely because bitcoin is getting to rise once again after the Christmas holidays. The profit that i gained from that coin will be invested in other crypto currencies for sure.

If someone send me 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone then i will happy to see that i like the bitcoin very mush and when you like the thing and some one gifts that to you then it is double happiness. i like bitcoin because it will come true all my dreams i have following the principle that investment is better than keeping in pocket so i want to invest all my money into bitcoin and the gift in bitcoin as well.

Honestly, it's hard to imagine such a situation. In general, such easy money rarely brings good luck, it is more honest to give the majority to charity.

If I get it, all I will do is invest it and use it partially according to my needs. That way, some of the Bitcoins I save will increase later, and that's for my future needs.

I would hold it. The way I see it is that regardless of how much bitcoin you have, you don't actually own money that you can use until:
1) you convert the bitcoin to USD or whatever usable currency there is in your country
or
2) Bitcoin becomes so widely accepted that it can be used anywhere.
So, when you're given a gift, you don't have anything to lose -- you're not in the negative by buying that bitcoin or by losing it. You're technically only in the positive. For that reason, and because I feel that bitcoin has time to blossom even more, I would hold. I would also make sure to be cautious about drops though.

Very interesting question, if I were given a chance to have 1 Btc, I would simply hold it and wait until the price would get higher, as we all know that 1 btc cost tons of dollars already. I will keep it and make sure to sell it on a good price and perfect timing. All I can say is hold it.
waoo .. if i was given 1 btc now maybe i will hold up until the price is good to be used as cash, if btc go down the price i will buy back until it can be a lot of profit even though it is only fantasy ..

This month as a Christmas gift I gave several altcoins in a wallet on myether for my girlfriend. Today day 2 some coins had suffered some pumps and the value increased 40%, apparently she liked.

it's an awesome gift.If there is someone who can give me 1bitcoin I will sell it if the price is good but if the price is low then I will keep it and wait until the price goes high.Planning is the most important element to make you successful, always keep a plan B for yourself. It simply mean to what to do next if the situation changed.

I prefer having my own bitcoin rather than hoping for a gift from someone, I know that one day I can buy bitcoin as much as I can and I am very positive that I can surely have a gift on it, and of course 1 bitcoin is a big sum of money nowadays so who will give that kind of gift now right? BTC
