They were almost there. They caught with the Celtics 21-point lead and yet another officiating problem. Why is it that everytime the Mavericks are near at taking the lead from a huge deficit, the referee's will start stepping in and call stupid fouls or no call at all.
Again with Doncic attacking the paint a lot of times and yet you will hear no whistle. I mean, the Celtics could've been in a big foul trouble in the 3rd quarter if all of those were called.

Anyway, congratulations to the Celtics.
Luka post-game interview was asked about the officiating and he just said "I don't know.", I think he just doesn't want to get in trouble especially now that they still have a chance to fight back. There's actually something he can do, stop barking in Game 4, and start boxing out, I think that is his greatest weakness, he ain't boxing out anyone.

I'm not sure about 4-0. However, based on the results of the two games of the final series, I would say that the Celtics look better than the Mavs as a team. You're right that the Mavs really only have Luka, who has been performing consistently and trying to do something against the Celtics. Maybe the outcome would have been different if Kyrie had performed better, but so far his performance has been mediocre.

We will see the ML since the game will be in the home court of the Dallas team, they are the favorite, so it could be a good indication that maybe the Mavs can take game 3 because it's going to be in their homecourt.

But it should be a team effort though, not just Luka but for the core specially Kyrie who has been missing in this finals. PJ Washington, Lively and Gafford should also help and not allow themselves to be outrebounded in the next game as it is also crucial for them to control the board and then run.

All of them needs to help, it's now on their homecourt and maybe they'll get some favor from the ref hehehe, but kidding aside, it's a team game and they need to have everyone to involve on both side, they need more on thier offense and not just mostly from Luka but all the core players needs to step up and play their role to win and gain that confidence and switch the momentum, it's more on team adjsutments and they almost have that last game 2,

though for sure, most fans who watch that game still have that questionable calls from the refs, especially that possible momentum changer if that attempts of dunks fromWashington recieve that push contact from Brown the chance of snatching that game is possible for the Mavs, but, no call means to move forward and look for that clean win at home.

And looking at the first half, Luka and Kyrie has support already, with Lively and Washington and even Exum has a dunk. They even take a good lead in the first quarter to double digits but the Boston Celtics come back and now at the end of the first half, Dallas with a slim 1 point advantage. Luka though is shooting too much in this game and missing a lot, just saying. But it was also same with Boston, Jayson Tatum is having the best game of this series, still shooting from the outside. But it was more of Jaylen Brown, who is not into his shooting form in this game. But still they manage to hang on, and even taking the lead at times in the second quarter.

Krista's porzingas was the x factor here tonight just like he was in the first 2 games. Dallas needs to figure out how to contain Tatum to make sure he doesn't have one of those 50 point games. Think Dallas smells blood and with them being at home I like theor chances here. Luka for 40-15-10 tonight.

So far the Mavs are shooting good in the first quarter and they've taken a good lead as Boston is struggling with their offense. And we can see that there's already a lob pass inside so that is a good sign that their offense is really looking good here.

Let's see how it goes, maybe Boston will comeback strong later and make this game a bit closer.

Or the Mavs pulling away to make it 2-1 in this series.

Yes, it's a win or burst situation for the Mavericks tonight, and the homecourt really does play a part in the Odds distribution, but I still don't believe the Maverick should be the favorite at that, although Porzingis effect was minimal in game 2, compared to the first game but if he misses tonight's game that would be an extra boost for the Mavericks, they however, still have a lot of fire power from the Celtics roster to be worried about. Should be a more interesting game tonight, I hope!

If Kyrie was 25 years old magically, I think this series would be singing a different tune entirely. I mean, is that even debatable? Going down 2-0 is not bueno for the Mavs. I'm kind of surprised to see that Dallas is favored by -2.5 pts currently for tonight's game. I guess having home court advantage finally, and at least the last game was closer, but certainly Boston has all the momentum on their side. They know if they go up 3-0, it's over. This game is of course beyond pivotal for the Mavs..can't wait.

I can say that the Boston Celtics are the best team since Golden State in 2017. The quality of the roster between the two teams is evident in the finals. The dream is about to end for Dallas and the Boston Celtics are the heavy favorites in the final series. The Celtics, who have the best players in the NBA, are not at the mercy of a single player and that's the difference in this series. The next games may be the ones where Dallas will show their stuff, but I think the Boston Celtics will win the championship with the strength of their roster quality and their performance throughout the season.

The game will now be shifted to Dallas home and I bet the Mavs' fans are excited to see their stars play in the Finals one more time.
The last time they were in this position was with Dirk Nowitzki, Shawn Marion, Jason Kidd, Jason Terry, JJ Barea, Peja Stojakovic, Tyson Chandler, and more. I will never forget that moment when Dirk scored 45/46 free throws in the series against the Heat. I was watching that game live.
Now here goes Mavs again and I bet they will receive a hot welcome from their fans.

That's the reason why the line now is -2.5 for Dallas. It opened at -1.5 but when the news surpased that KP is doubtful, it move to -2.5. IMO, this movement is not so sigificant because it's still going to attract Dallas bettors considering they are back at home and down 0-2 in the series.

How about the total here? I mean, the last 2 games went under because Dallas struggles with their scoring, so if they'll win game 3, they should be able to easily scor over 100 points, with that said, this over 213 should easily hit.

Game 2 was close but not almost, so they need to correct every mistake they have and should play perfect at home and consider it as a do or die game, actually every game as currently being down 0-2, they don't have the odds in winning the series.

Thanks for this info, and perhaps that's why KP is not really showing that good in game 2 as compare to his performance in game 1. So if he is not going to play, then maybe we will see lob passes by Luka and Kyrie to Lively, Gafford and even PJ Washington because that's what they are missing, easy points in that paint with that lob pass.

And most likely this is the reason why the Mavs are the favorite going into game 3, it will be at American arena in which they are comfortable and then KP is not there to man the middle against them.
