People keep talking about Nets but Bucks are doing fine and people are not talking about them enough. They just signed Jrue Holiday on a long term contract as well which should boost some morale in the team and they already got Kris and Giannis on long term contracts as well, so they have their own mini "big three" of sorts. Obviously it is Giannis that keeps the engine running but they have shown they are good even without him, definitely not championship material but at least a playoff level team with that.
They've got their own versions of trio but the fact that they are still young in terms of experienced gives the Nets a much bigger credit,
KD and Kyrie both have the rings, while Harden, Griffin ,Jordan have their playoffs experienced more than what the Bucks have, and aside from that, Sixers and Boston still there as well. It's not an easy trip to East finals to all of them as this side of the league also upgrades their lineups.
So, I think it is clear that they are going to be a tough matchup whoever they play. They have been said the same thing for the previous 2 years, and coach Bud turned them into a great team but I guess he needs to play his stars a bit more minutes when playoffs comes, 45+ minutes for a super star on a playoff game is nothing and he doesn't even do 40 minutes. I think if they learned a thing or two from previous years on playoffs, they could actually be pretty decent.
They've got what it's needed to compete, maybe you are right with stars to extend their game time and lift the team in winning to the
match, playoffs is really tough they need to play more solid and not to repeat the same thing over and over.
