Too much criticism for Danny Green. What if he nailed that shot? He will become a hero and the criticism will go to LeBron.

Green will now be added to the list of players that saves LeBron's legacy lol.

Some people are pissed-off but sending them death threats is way too far.

Fans and so-called experts and analysts are crossing the lines. Both teams show amazing performance. That's the kind of game that everyone is waiting for in the Finals. Hope to see a close game again.

I can't believe people are elevating Butler so much and not realizing that he is playing against a 35 and almost 36 year old Lebron who is still dominating the whole game. Obviously Butler is a great player and I understand that he played amazingly, especially since Dragic went down he has played a lot better and took a lot more control of the teams offense and considering he plays an amazing defense as well dude gets tired a lot and still plays till the last second.

However this is Lebron we are talking about, dude is super human, he is still the way league goes and I bet that tonight will be different. He will get that ring and once again show the world that how great he is and how he deserves to be called GOAT by some people, I can understand love for another player but never underestimate a player who people compare to Jordan.

I've been talking a good amount of smack about the Heat, but I have to give it to them and Jimmy Butler.  I didn't think they had much of a chance to win one game, let alone two and challenge for the series.  I say "challenge for the series" with a bit of a grain of salt, I do not think that they can win this series but I do think they'll make this next game a good one.  I like the +6 points given as I think LA will end up winning by only a couple points.

Last game 5 we saw stars competes as it was the last game for both of them, we saw Lebron carrying the Lakers while in the other side it's Butler who really fought very well. Hopefully we see the same intensity coming from both teams this coming game 6.

That’s what we are hoping to see tomorrow when we wake up. Cheesy

Meanwhile, Danny Green reacts to his fiancee experienced in Game 5 “Not Cool” after they both get a death threaths after missing the clutch shot. That draw a line if you’re really a fan of Lakers. Source

Indeed. Butler is giving it all for the last four games that he is in the court for more than 40 MINS and putting a tremendous worked is absolutely crazy.

Yeah! This guy really trying to put things on his shoulders, he is everywhere, with that minutes of play he gave everything with this last 5 games he really made a name for himself, Way back he's just a supporting cast for DRose, then Another supporting cast for both Embied and Simmons, now, He already established his name as one of the leagues prime star.

Man. The memes with Danny Green and Morris are in everywhere. Cheesy
Kidding aside, both teams gave us the best game we want to see and let’s hope for another one tomorrow. Smiley

Same for me here. This game 5 was simply amazing and just because of Miami and Jimmy "Buckets" who scored on every opportunity he had leaving no chance for Lakers to comeback or re-take the lead. Even more, Lakers are nothing in the long fight without AD/LJ/DH....

I am looking forward to this game, but a bit sad that it likely will be the end of basketball for this year.

The truth is, yesterday was the best NBA game I've ever watch because Damn! man, we are shouting if the Miami Heat managed to score and laughing if the other team missed to score. We also have a mini prediction game in our local which made us so excited while watching yesterday. I hope they will survive the next game tomorrow because the best of all NBA finals games are the Game 7.

I bet on Heat this game and I think that worked out though I am also rooting for LA Lakers to win. Maybe because it is the team that's popular but because I have no choice since Miami Heat defeated Milwaukee Bucks and I just wanted for Lakers to beat Miami.
Nice! I don’t think anyone thought that Miami would win after Game 4. What odds did you get on your bet?

Sorry but I am not betting on sites, I am just betting with my friend, we bet on each other. If he picks something that I think would win I do some +2 or +3 on the scores. This time there are no additions since he just bluntly told me that Lakers would win. Bit scared at first since they are wearing the Mamba uniform but they still won.

We also did the same here, but just straight up bets, with no plus or minus. Just a friendly bet though, two sets of office mates setup. Just $10 each, unfortunately, I did choose the Lakers side the last time and lost the bet. Yes, that's the main reason why I bet on Lakers because that Mamba jersey hasn't lost when Lakers wore them, unfortunately, Heat won.

And now I'm on the Miami side, Lol, I'm just thinking that they have all the momentum going on Game 6, just my opinion. And if you look at sport bookies the ML is also attractive, so I'm still thinking of I'm going to bet or not.

So many surprising things happen which I don't expect since as you said Lakers hasn't lost a game by wearing the  mamba's jersey and I really though they will bag the game for that night but seems the luck hit on Miami on dying minutes of fourth quarter and they out smart the Lakers for that game.

But I still go with the Lakers on next game since for sure they will take a sweet revenge for their last game mistakes.

Hi OgNasty, what team you are rooting to win? If Heat wins tomorrow, then it will not the end of the NBA yet, Game 7 will be the end.

Miami Heat never cease to amaze, 7 players did an excellent job in the raffle against Lakers last time. But every time after such defeats Lakers are trying to fix their mistakes, so today I'm for Lakers win:

You'll get more value if you are betting on the sportsbook, currently Heat is +5.5, so you can increase your chance of winning, but that is your choice, anyway, good luck with that, adding some bet while watching would really give you more fun.

To be honest, I am also thinking about that but after reading this thread, I started doubting and having thoughts of how I am risking so much money in sites so instead I will just bet against my friends and have fun with that. Atleast, I can have some trash talks while I'm at it and have someone to talk to even if I lost or I won.

The the discussion in the site is about safe bets based on its odds, not the risk that you might lose your money in a site. Gambling with your friends will prevent you from paying the juice good for you but I suggest to take a look at the betting odds so you'll have a good idea on which team is favorites and what is the point spread.

Lots of people lose in that fight, our expectation was wrong, Lakers can't dominate the Heat, instead Heat had a good start, credit to Jimmy's big performance, a real leader of the team as he also appreciate his teammates to help him, and his coach pop which I believe Lebron doesn't like when he was still playing with the Miami Heat.

I would love to see Jimmy giving proving Lebron that he is the real MVP in this contest.

you think this would happen?

It's a difficult task. Just now, there is so much pressure with the Heat team but they managed to win again.
Now the pressure is on the Lakers.

I think Coach Spoelstra will change something.
Yes, this is Coach Spoelstra strength, unpredictability.

He doesn't want to see Jimmy Buckets going to the side trying to catch his breath again.
They need him as a leader on the floor but the rotation should still keep ongoing.
Even if Butler persists in staying, Coach should still try to pursue him to trust his teammates.
Probably he will rest Jimmy more and then inserted him later in crucial moments.

First, they need to win Game 6, then we could talk about MVP for Game 7.  Wink
Later,  Grin, first they need to win, and then put more pressure on the Lakers in Game 7.

We never know, but if AD would indeed not available in game 6 then I believe Miami will have an edge and Butler would not be having a problem attacking inside, and Bam as well.  But according to this article, Davis would play, so Lakers are still intact.

https://clutchpoints.com/lakers-news-anthony-davis-reveals-update-on-his-game-6-status-for-lakers/

Quote
The Los Angeles Lakers were given a proper scare in Game 5 on Friday against the Miami Heat, with Anthony Davis appearing to have sustained a significant ankle injury that kept him on the floor for a a couple of minutes.

As it turns out, however, it was nothing but a minor tweak, and according to Davis himself, he should be good to go for Game 6:

Will AD be able to play at his fullest though? Now that Bam is also on the court, someone would have to guard him well too.

I believe he can still play, he played with pain in game 5 and manage to score 28 points and 12 rebounds, that doesn't seem look like he has a problem with his heel, and that update was coming from Davis so he is still good to go, nothing to worry.

Good, it's good news for the Lakers if AD can play because they really need him in the floor, it not they Butler will have his way going inside with no one to challenge. I just rewatch the highlights, it seems that the supporting cast of Lakers underperformed when it was needed. Damn, Danny Green's three point was clearly short, it was a well design play, and then Morris? WTF?

And the post interview, Butler was obviously very very tired, we don't know how long can he manage and play and bring Miami to another championship

Lakers already have the edge here, Butler has been playing well but he will be exhausted, with Lakers we have Lebron and Davis who are consistent in their scoring, so I think they will adjust and probably win in game 6.
