It was a great ending to that battle of Los Angeles game between the Clippers and Lakers. I thought the Lakers were going to let it slip away but then Paul George fouled out. The stars showed up though. LeBron was on fire all game as was Paul George. Kawhi Leonard wasn’t bad either. Exactly what everyone expected to see. Lakers held out for the win though.
What a game.

Kawhi did the intro on the early quarters and those outside shots were blast. Paul George also was on fire. But that was so bad that they were on the lead and Lakers managed to get back with those leads.

Whilst for the Lakers, everyone also contributed. Although the early for Reaves wasn't so great though but during the OT, he did great.

^^ There's just too many weapons for the Celtics right now, and I do believed that Tatum and Brown are the best duo in the NBA. And then when they acquired Jrue and Porzingis, I think they just made an upgrade as Porzingis can score outside and then we all know that Holiday can give you points and then play hard defense.

So no surprised why they are now the outright favorite to win. But we will see, just like last season they are also one of the favorites.

They just need to be consistent and not allow mental lapses specially in close games if ever they will have against the toughest team. 155 is obviously the biggest points that we have seen but I'm thinking that it can be broken by let's say Nuggets as it is one of the highest scoring team.

They've been winning by a big difference. This team is amazing because their offense is just as strong as their defense. Honestly, I can't recall any team from last season that scored 155 points or more. I believe this is the first time I've seen a team score that high; it felt like an All-Star game.

Trying my best tonight with the following betting ticket as I think I'm ready to place my first NBA bet this season.

After all , I've decided to go with : Bucks ML , Pistons ML , Hawks ML , Heat ML , Mavs ML. Total odds ~12

I wanted to put Lakers on my bet as well but I do think Clippers are the best team in LA right now and they are about to prove it tonight.

Another L by the Bucks though. Toronto Raptors really did show up in this game and hit their outside shot and then build a good lead already. And even if the Bucks cut the lead, their torrid shooting from the outside bail them out again. Five players with double digits, and then the rest scored like 2 points or more.

How about the Celtics scoring 155 points against the Pacers? And then winning by a huge 51 points?

It's scary this version of Celtics right now, it seems that they have made a good call to get KP and then Jrue Holiday.

I think I will not place any bets on NBA anytime soon right ? I mean , I've lost 3 out of 5 bets and by the way Bucks , Heat played last night , I think it will be a long and hard season for both. I'm a bit sad because last season of NBA was kinda rough for me and I had the impression that this one will be a bit gentle with me regarding bets but it seems it's not. Now , I will go back to simply watch some games , view highlights and wait a bit more to actually see what teams are capable and what they are not capable during a game.  Grin

There are too many games to break down (imagine 13 games 😮‍💨), but I'll focus on the two NBA teams that remain undefeated this season - the Dallas Mavericks from the Western Conference, who didn't even make the NBA play-in tournament or the playoffs last season and the Boston Celtics from the Eastern Conference both 4-0 standing. The current NBA standings also show Western Conference dominance. Most of the Eastern Team 2-3 standing 😂.

Which of this two team will be the last undefeated this season? Celtics or Mavericks? 🤔

Same here, the undefeated teams and how long they can stay that way is what interests me most for every start of the regular season. I did not expect the other top teams to lose this early. Boston Celtics is probably the one that stays unbeaten. Next for them are road games against the Nets and Timberwolves.

I have little expectations for the Mavericks, they're out of the playoffs since the arrival of Kyrie Irving and might continue that way. So far they only faced weaker opposition which is why they are winning games. They have a 2-day rest before traveling to Denver where they will be tested if their undefeated run is a fluke or not. Denver though won't have a rest day when they face Dallas. But I'm still planning to bet on Denver.

They won that game because they were capable of doing so every time they were chasing the opponent's score in the 4th quarter especially this game because it is important to win it because this time they are against Westbrook and last night was really good chemistry for both teams but Lebron and his teammates were just unstoppable and they were forced to bring the game to OT and earn the win there. If this is how the Lakers throughout the season then the NBA playoffs will be easily secured for them.

I saw young Lebron James last night. Lebron James played a very good game. It was a very enjoyable game, just like the old days.
It looks like it will be an enjoyable season this year.

One of the thing that I noticed about the Lakers squad early this season is that they are tremendously efficient during the 3rd quarter. What they need to figure out now is how to finish it strong in the 4th quarter. The game against the Clippers today was similar with their game against the Kings, they could have easily win it without sending it to OT if not only for those silly fouls.
I was surprise when the Lakers played big with AD, Wood, and Hayes in the floor all at the same time, which turned out to be effective somehow they tallied 9 blocks against 1 in this game.
I feel like the Lakers are much better than what we saw from their first 4 games, Ham just need to figure out how to execute a good rotation.

2 wins 3 losses. If you had bet the Lakers you'd have went 3-3 on the night. It's still early in the season and teams may not have great chemistry yet, when betting you may need to look at taking points aqnd betting the underdogs.

Zion Williamson is about to make his national television debut for the season here on ESPN in an hour against the Thunder. With the Thunder’s center being so tall and skinny I think we have a pretty good recipe for a monster highlight. I’m looking forward to seeing him play and not just clips. Hopefully he stays healthy this year.

Zion Williamson looks slow to me but surely he is strong and for sure is heavy as a wall so he is great in defense and forcing his way inside the paint, for me, it is built that way he surely got CJ McCollum who can surely get this game done but in the recent games of the Pelicans against the Warriors Draymond Green have managed to stop Zion Williamson from entering the paint, for sure that defense on him have paid off, and force Zion Williamson to take a three for sure Draymond Green presence is enough for Williamson to not take a dive into the paint anymore,

Actually, great choice of team to bet but it ended up in 2 out of 4 wins as the Toronto Raptors as for sure Damian Lillard might be not the key player that the Bucks needed, or they still needed more time, and the Pistons also lost against the Portland Trailblazers but for sure those 2 are great picks still looking forward for those teams aswell and right now I am more interested with the Milwaukee Bucks if what are going do with this losses,

What is the best way to stop this Boston Celtics roster, I really can't think of any, I understand they've lost a couple important players of in Grant and Robert Williams, Brogdon, and Marcus Smart, but they made up for it with even a more deeper roster and better options with Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday, and a couple of really good reserve players like Oshae Brissett and Lamar Stevens, they Celtics are rather now a team to beat, and they look scary to be very honest, looking at their starting 5, and their players off the bench too are decent players.

I'll rate them as the best team in the NBA right in terms of all around plays, from defense to their attacks, and shooting behind the arc as well, I'm really looking forward to their fixtures against the likes of Lakers, Warriors and Denver Nuggets before I can solidify my opinion, though.

Damn! Did Klay Thompson just mimic a Michael Jordan-winning shot? Brought me back to the 90's.

No De'Aaron Fox, yes problem. The Sacramento Kings did great Fox-less but no Beam will be lighted today.
That was some game in San Francisco and the Warriors won by only one point. It was a messy game with so many turnovers and the Kings are using their offensive rebound powers to keep the game close.
But the Warriors found their offense with Dario Saric and with Draymond Green back the ball rotation seems to be getting better than their past few games. I think the Warriors are starting to build good chemistry.

Finally I started watching NBA this season. I skim over some of the matches, but the first match I watched as focused was the San Antonio - Phoenix match. I'm glad I started with this, Spurs came back from 20+ points and won literally in last second. Some says there was a foul on Durant but there was no call so there's no need to argue. Suns should've finished the game better. This Spurs looks exciting. I wonder what will Gregg Popovich do with these youngins. Would it be competitive enough to make the play-offs with this squad or would they need one more season, we'll see.

I enjoyed seeing all the players dressing up for Halloween. Steph Curry had maybe the most entertaining costume. Unfortunately for my home team Suns it was not a great holiday. Not taking a timeout at the end and losing the game while leading all but the last 2.2 seconds is a wild turn of events. The coach should take responsibility for that L.
That steal off of KD was hilarious. KD looked dumbfounded. I know Booker and Beal are out right not, but I really don't feel like the Spurs should have been in that game and the plays at the end shouldn't have mattered. Suns IMO are fairly deep with KD, Gordon, Nurkic, Allen, and Watanabe they should have handled the Spurs easily.

Bettors are disappointed with the outcome as well. At one point, it seemed like a certain victory for the Suns, but then the big lead evaporated, leading to a surprising loss. However, there's no need to be overly concerned because the Suns have a day of rest to analyze their mistakes. They'll have a rematch the following day at the same venue, and it's highly likely that the outcome won't be the same.
