I will agree to that, coach Aldin will review his past performance and if proven that it was an intentional and he's not willing to adjust to how coach Aldin wants him then replacement will be the next option, They are still in a good position in terms of moving to the next round they just need to fix this if there's something behind.

Looking forward to good adjustment if they decided to keep the import and let him play to chase for a win.

Just came across this article stating that Converge is letting Jamal Franklin go. They will still pay the remainder of his contract, but they are moving forward to the playoffs without Jamal Franklin. I do not know who will replace him, but it is too near the playoffs, and they may not have the chemistry needed to win a series. Below is the link to the article.

He's letting his teammates shoot the ball in preparation for the playoffs. He wasn't willing to shoot the ball because he wants his teammates to be involved in the play and let them shoot. It's obvious that on all of their games, Franklin is the one that's taking the shots most of the time. I don't see it as negative thing, but I see it as teamwork.

Even the commentators are saying negative about what Franklin did. As I'm watching it they said that "as an import, that performance is unaccepted". I mean it's a non-bearing game after all. All the time when there's an import, we've always seen these imports taking most of the shots, and some of the locals aren't having an opportunity to score and shoot the ball.

As for me, I don't think as a negative because overall, it's their performance in the playoffs that matters. Currently they are now at the 7th seed. The last game of Magnolia will decide what will be their final standings.

Always have that mentality when something unusual happen during the game, the reputation of PBA always at risk when gamblers noticed that something is not right within the game, though it's always a rumor and nothing can be proven I mean, no one can prove anything after the game end.

For someone who already understands the drill, just another bad pick and continues to move forward.

Not a pro if he got that mentality! He's been paid to listen to his coach and adjust for the betterment of the game and not to ruin it.

Just a personal take without sentiment. We don't know what will happen next and if the comment affects him personally.

What's bad is that, I put a -6.5 spread bet on the Bolts, but the lead is only 6. The FuelMasters tried to foul Newsome in the dying seconds, but the referees didn't whistle thus, he didn't shot free throws that would've cover my bet. It's the referee's fault I lost my bet. Cheesy

I watched the whole game, and on one interview, Franklin said that he wants to boost the morale of his team that's why he is giving them balls for them to shoot. I mean we've seen Franklin scoring and scoring. He said that now's the time for his teammates to at least shoot the ball and since they are already in the playoffs, I guess there's noting wrong with that way of thinking.

I might think negatively towards the import of Converge if I didn't heard that interview.

Winning or losing that game against Ginebra last night also won't change the possibility of Converge facing the MVP team, TNT, Meralco and NLEX, and SMC teams, Brgy. Ginebra and San Miguel Beermen. If the seeding won't change until the last game, Converge might face the Beermen and they need to make 2 wins to eliminate SMB.

A tough challenge waiting on the quarterfinals for the Converge and let's see if they can pull up an upset.

There’s no intention to lose here as they are still on a big risk of losing the chance getting into the next round, or maybe you’re correct with this one but I think their import is just off today and don’t have a good plays. Too bad to lose with a 19 point deficit, this might be expect as they played against Ginebra which we all know played better compare to other teams. Positioning for the second round will be more crucial, let’s see if Covenver and Ginebra will meet again next round.

Losing this game will put them on a risky position going into the next round, too bad their import is not playing well its time for the locals to step up. If Ginebra plays consistently here, we might see a huge lead at the end of the game and that can hurt the confidence of converge for sure.

It ended up with a huge deficit, 19 points to be exact, Gin kings wins all quarters, not sure what happen with Converge import why he's not playing well and why he's not doing his usual type of game, he was known as very productive import but today he's not showing that eagerness to produce a score for the team.

I just notice another great game from CStand. He's really been a big factor for the team, making good defense and providing decent numbers for his offense.

A two-way player that Gin kings really can rely, congrats to all Gin kings fans and Bettors!

As for the second game, i think it is a high scoring game because they already score 151 points at the end of the third quarter but i have bet that it won't go over 227.5. I'm having a good night, and it was the fourth quarter that really gave me this win. As for the second game, I'm still hoping that it will result in a low-scoring game, as these are both great teams. I doubt Franklin would be able to generate lots of points in the 3-point area, since Ginebra has lots of players who could guard him. If not JB, I like Malonzon to defend him.

It always looks good on paper, but you'll never know what will happen. Just like what happened with DYIP vs Magnolia, we thought that Magnolia would easily dominate DYIP, but it turned out to be a tight game. Magnolia almost lost, but they were lucky to bring the game to OT, and they had to play hard to win.

Well, you are right, because it turns out this game is tight. Phoenix actually won the first half, so let's see if they will be able to bounce back. By the way, the scoring of Meralco might be affected, as Allen Maliksi is out in this game. I haven't heard the reason, but most likely, it's a coaching staff decision or suspension by the management.

Still enough time to make some good run and cut the lead, just need to make a good stop.

It was a nice run, but they fell short. The fourth quarter was full of defense, and the game ended up with only 178 points, which was lower than the original over/under of over 200+. Meralco's defense was the key to their win. Despite their import being fouled out, they were still able to manage to defend and win the game. That's the Meralco I know.
