Meralco is ahead by double digits now.  61-49 is the score, looks like they'll win this game as they need to since it's just an easy opponent for them.

McDaniels with 16 points and Black with 17 points, what a good start for Black, so far, he is the best player among the local.
Get that live betting guys if you haven't done it yet.

It's still too early to conclude, not anymore a double-digit now. Remember that NLEX came from a big win against Ginebra, so they have the momentum now and they'll play harder to beat any team they'll face, no pressure for them as they are already eliminated if I'm not mistaken.

Converge vs Ginebra, this is a battle for the third place while the loser will face SMB Beermen in the quarters for a best-of-three series. I do think that Ginebra will do its best tonight to win for them to avoid facing their sister team so I'm gonna bet for them.

I'm on Ginebra here but instead, I will wait for the live betting on this match as I don't want to bet against Converge as they are really unexpected.

Want to hunt that sweet odds for Ginebra if Converge will able to take a big lead for at least 10-15 points.

Since Ginebra can always find a way to make a rally even behind a big lead, I will try that bet.

That's a good analysis, sometimes they don't play a good 1st half but they rally in the 2nd half, their best rally is in the 4th quarter so always bet on them in that case. By the way, the first is going to start soon, we have Meralco vs NLEX. Good luck on your bets.

We've got one interesting game today that for me is worth my bet.

Ginebra ML @1.51 boosted vs Converge, I didn't take the bet with the spread as I think this will be a close game.

Good luck to us.

Might be possible that Williams is really trying to move away from his contract and be traded or be released so he can play overseas where he can earn a huge amount of money.

That's not what I'm thinking because he will surely face a legal complaint if what you mentioned will be true. If you guys remember, Mikey Williams is currently in a fresh contract extension after not playing for their early games in the last conference. Yes, it's clear that he wants more money that's why he acted like a diva again.

After a series of talks, he now decides to return to the country and join the team at the half conference.

Not officially reported but it's no doubt he was offered a much more salary than average by the TNT.

I think Mikey is not trying to dishonor his fresh contract but maybe being arrogant is already human nature to him because he thinks he's a star. Good thing that Jojo Lastimosa is not that soft and did some actions to slap Mikey in a nice way.

Yeah, Williams understands that and he will not go in that direction, facing legal case will surely hurt his career. He's back but not in the same mindset as he was in his rookie year, He feels that he's now a superstar and no one can touch him but that's not the case, coach Jolas is not that soft he was very vocal with William's attitude.

We might see them working, but it's really another adjustment for TNT. If Williams will continue to play like this, TNT will have no other option, either to trade him or let the new contract to end then part ways with him.

The problem was already created, the coaching staff will not forget what he did and they'll label him a "disrespectful player" although he is a superstar. Well, no doubt that Williams is good, but with bad chemistry he won't be effective as a star player and later he'll be traded or be out of contract.

Bay Area Vs. an independent team? I don't expect it though I will not be surprised. Bay Area Vs. Ginebra will be the best match-up for the PBA Finals because Ginebra fans will surely watch them play live and it's a win-win for both the league and the fans. More revenue and more excitement.

I think this to happen, and though I believe that Bay Area is going to be the favorite but I'm pretty sure Ginebra will not be dominated. Filipino fans would be willing to risk their money betting on Ginebra because they are the crowd favorite, and not only that, they are also the underdog, so that adds more value.

On the other hand, I'm a bit curious on how MVP is feeling right now that MVP teams didn't enter the playoffs especially the TNT who we know is always dominating in every conference and has all the pieces to win a title. It's the first time for Coach Chot that he didn't enter the playoffs. It's the first time for the company that all 3 teams didn't enter the playoffs. An achievement. :X

He must be livid. It is very expensive to maintain a PBA team and all of his teams not going to the playoffs is really bad. But there is nothing he can do. Injuries happen.

But for us, it is good. We have been asking for a different franchise entering in the finals, and this is an opening. If MVP teams are out, then there is no more MVP vs SMC teams on the finals. It might be SMC vs another team, maybe the Dragons this time. It is a good change.

Hopefully it is the Bay Area Dragons versus non-SMC team in the finals, but I think that is too much to ask. Magnolia and Ginebra is quite strong this conference and we cannot count out San Miguel. Once June Mar is back in full health, they will be a monster again. Just in time for the semis or finals.
Yeah, that would be better. I'm done with the SMC vs. MVP Finals match-up every conference. It's time for the independent teams to step up at least and compete with these 2 big companies.

Well, sh*t happens. Seeing SMC and MVP always fighting for the title for years is very boring. Take note that the league has been bashed because of these unbalanced trades coming from both companies especially for SMC and to see independent teams going to the playoffs is better, I guess because independents teams are given a chance to compete for the title.

It's just fine for Coach Chot as what matters to him is the learning experience lol.

Yes, the quarterfinals now do have a new look as TNT, one of the most dominant teams in the league, surprisingly didn't make it to the playoffs even at the lower spot that is eligible to enter the playoffs. It means some teams got improved and to be specific, it's Converge who did a big change.

TNT unfortunately wasn't able to sign a consistent import and that's one of the big reasons why they failed their campaign this conference. It's a big factor for them to have a strong import since their local key players are not in 100% shape plus Mikey Williams becoming a drama queen again during the mid-elimination.

This is a bad conference for MVP teams but that is ok because the are still more conference to come. Injuries make them suffer like this, its good for them to rest for a while and come back stronger next Conference. Coach Chot might have a problem handling TNT and the Gilas team better for him to focus in one team only and know his priority. MVP will surely not be happy about the result, but he have to deal with it.

Injuries really are the problem, however, I think it's just okay for TNT not to get to the playoffs as they have been consistent in the past, they just have some injury problems but the worst is their chemistry problem because Williams does acts like a superstar and does not follow some of the rules. I think they should trade him and find players that could fill his position, maybe make Pogoy as their star player and just surround him with good role players.
Better to do that since Williams already showing attitude problem which can really affect the entire team, with his role as game facilitator if he act like that it's not his own game which being affected but the system that the team is following, I like what you said, just let Poguy lead the team and surround him with players who are willing to play according to their role, they don't need a star player who are not willing to follow their system.

Might be possible that Williams is really trying to move away from his contract and be traded or be released so he can play overseas where he can earn a huge amount of money.

NLEX won by 3 points and with that win, Ginebra's chance to get the twice to beat spot decreased. There are rumors that they will be targeting the 4th spot so they will face the Bay Area Dragons on the Semi-Finals.

Ginebra can still seal the twice-to-beat advantage:

- if they will win all of their remaining games (against Northport, Nov. 27 and Converge, Nov. 30)
- if Magnolia Hotshots will lose their last elimination games (against Meralco, Nov. 27 and Rain or Shine, Dec. 2)

With these remaining games, for me, Ginebra vs Converge will be the most interesting match here.
I'll make a prediction base on that 2 scenarios.
-Ginebra might win against NorthPort even though the Batang Pier is on a 3-game winning streak but against Converge, if Miller will play, they might have a difficult time beating them.
-Magnolia has a high chance that they will beat Rain or Shine. Meralco Vs. Magnolia is an interesting match-up as well because Meralco is on a winning streak right now with McDaniels as their current import.

With the 4 games that you shared; I'm also waiting for the Ginebra-Converge match-up because that game will be big for the 2 teams. It will be on the 30th and I'll watch that game for sure.

And after the last game's result, the scenario would be:

- Ginebra's chances for the twice-to-beat are still possible if they will win against Converge on Wednesday and Magnolia will lose on Friday against the ROS
- If Magnolia won though, regardless if Ginebra will win or not against Converge, Mags will secure the 2nd place.
- If Ginebra loses against Converge on Wednesday, there's a possibility that they will face the SMB in the Quarterfinals. If they won instead, they might face Northport which seems to be a much lighter opponent obviously compared to SMB.

Let's see what will happened this week.
Ginebra Vs. Converge on the 30th. Both teams' last games and it will be the most important game for them.

TBH, I don't want to face 2 sister teams in the first round so I would want to see Ginebra win the game and face NorthPort on the first round. Well like you said, if out of nowhere, Magnolia lost to ROS and Ginebra will win then they will get the 2nd spot and it's much easier...or is it because Ginebra lost to Phoenix in eliminations. I don't know if it's only me that I'm feeling it, but I want to see Ginebra Vs. Bay Area in the PBA Finals and in order for that to happen, Ginebra must take the 2nd or 3rd spot but better if 2nd to have that twice to beat advantage.

On the other hand, I'm a bit curious on how MVP is feeling right now that MVP teams didn't enter the playoffs especially the TNT who we know is always dominating in every conference and has all the pieces to win a title. Bolts ML @2.78 vs Magnolia

I would have picked the same if I was able to bet on this game. We are in the 3rd quarter already and the game is quite close, Meralco already leading by 1 point McDaniels does not have his usual numbers yet but as for the team play, Meralco is doing well, good luck mate.

All of the sudden it has become a blowout win by the Magnolia. There's no way Meralco will be able to comeback now that Magnolia already has 20 points lead. There's only one full quarter left, and Meralco is not SMB or Ginebra who can have a big come back to win. Anyway, it's not over yet but the chance of Meralco winning is very low now.
Magnolia is one of the strongest team this conference and having that lead is too impossible for them to lose, Meralco did a great job but its not enough since Magnolia are more eager to win. On the other hand, Ginebra bounces back and claim a win against Northporth, that was a great game as well and Ginebra still wants to win here so he can get a chance to proceed in the next round, such a great games for today.

After that rally in the third quarter Magnolia keeps that momentum and they didn't give any opportunities for the Bolts to come back, the entire squad of Magnolia provides their respective shares in this game, the ball rotations as intact as it is, the playing system really converts great plays, plus Paul Lee and Abueva are really taking shots which good for them when these two scorers are aggressive to make their offense effective in helping the team.

On the 2nd game, Both Malonzo and CStan played so well, playing against their former team they shared 26 points for Malonzo and 20 points for CStan, though Brownlee still the highest scorer to lead the Gin kings with 31 points, all has been shifted during the 2nd half, Gin kings changes and dominate the game and not to allow NP to come back.

Northporth are still on the lead but I'm not seeing Ginebra will lose in this game. Ginebra loves to run in the 2nd half, so it's okay if Northport will lead the first half because it's 100% sure that Ginebra will come back and win the game.

It is now the fourth quarter and Ginebra snatched the lead from Northport. It is still a close game though. Ginebra has always proven that they can win on a Sunday, and they are very energetic entering the fourth quarter so I also do not have a doubt that they could win this game. They lead by 8 points, but they cannot go easy. They need to push hard until the last second.

We know Bolick can be very creative in creating points. Northport could still catch up and make a comeback.

But suddenly, Ginebra continue to bring more energy and extend the lead, like what you have mentioned they are always proven that they can win on a Sunday game, bringing the enjoyment that the fans always wanted to watch during the live events, they are good in entertaining the crowd and they continue to be love.

Congrats Ginebra backer, both ML and handicap was fully covered as Gin kings wins with 17 points deficits.
