Another option could be playing overseas. If he can maintain his great performance, there's a good chance he'll get the opportunity to sign with an overseas team and earn a better salary than most PBA players.
Height and skills it's best if he can join MVP line of group for me, his skillsets can be maximize by coach Chot same with Oftana he got that good shooting skills and similar with RDO a legit scorer who also got that capability to play defense, he just need to keep improving and keep gaining that confidence, makng him more realiable for whichever team that might grab him for a trade.
Or, just the same with what you mentioned, if opportunity overseas knocks on him that's a good option for him more money and exposure to showcase his talents.
Yes, Oftana is a great player with strong outside shooting, solid defense, and good rebounding. But compared to Tolentino, I think Tolentino is better. He has a high basketball IQ and is improving quickly. It's different for Tolentino now since he's the best player on his team, unlike Oftana, who is part of TNT where there are many players just as good as him. Their minutes are managed well, while Tolentino plays a lot of minutes, like a real superstar.
I guess Tolentino and Oftana couldn’t play together since they have similar roles. If we're talking about the MVP team, maybe Oftana would fit better with the Meralco Bolts.
I agree and just like what I've said they have similarities though if ever that MVP might be interested with Tolentino maybe they can do what you said, send Oftana to Meralco then acquire tolentino and give their role players plus a future pick which most of the time is the scenario if MVP or SMC demands for a trade hahaha..
ROS is coming off a disappointing loss against SMB, while Phoenix is still looking for their first win in this conference. So far, the game is close, so I think Phoenix has a chance here. The handicap was big at first, with an opening line of +10.5, but the last time I checked, it was down to +7.5. So, if anyone bet on the +10.5 line, they’re lucky. The moneyline might be a good option too, haha.
For those following the game, ROS is currently leading by 8 points, but it’s still early.
But the final outcome didn't favor whoever bets and back up Phoenix, ROS is too good in the 2nd half especially in the last quarter their dominance really show up, and outscored Phoneix in a double digit productions. Better luck in finding another quality game tomorrow.
