It now makes me think if Mikey "Choke" Williams really deserved that special contract that was worth Million a month.

Back before the PBA All-Filipino Cup commence, TNT is dealing a hard time convincing Mikey Williams to return for the team to play. Mikey is asking for a much big contract and that's the only way he will play again for TNT.

The TNT get what they wanted and Mikey Williams becomes a monster in the eliminations. But at some point when they reached the Semis, he's now begun to show slowing down and inconsistent in some games but still, his team reaches the Finals against the SMB. Mikey becomes much worst at most games in this series that's why I called him Mikey "Choke" Williams. Cheesy Grin

Congrats to SMB, to coach Leo and to all of the staff and as well as the fans who have bet for SMB to be the champ on this conference.
Well, that's just like a massacre to the TNT. When I was watching the 3rd and 4th quarter, well, I thought that the lead will be able to reach and covered back by the TNT but they didn't. On the last quarter, those three attempts weren't that great whilst the opposite on the SMB, almost all of the threes were like back to back ins.
TNT still manage to chase the lead in 3rd quarter but in the half part of 4th quarter, it looks like they stop doing good plays and that’s why SMB was able to take a huge lead. Kudos to the whole staff and players of both team for a great championship series, the better team prevails and that is SMB. Lucky to the fans who are also placed a bet, time for a celebration!
Yeah, it was close on the 3rd quarter but still not enough. While on the 4th quarter, there goes the momentum for the SMB, Ross' threes made him the player of the game.
And there's not that much hope for TNT on the 4th quarter, really too many failed attempts for the three to at least get close to the lead but didn't happen.

Starters / solid 5 from both sides might be Erram, K. Williams, Poguy, Castro and M.Williams, while for SMB, they might start with Perez, Ross, Lassiter, Tau and Fajardo.

TNT can't afford to sit out Castro in this game so i think they will let him play as this will be the last game for this conference. Looks like history repeats itself on TNT on their championship series against Ginebra the last two years where Castro was injure or it was Parks (not sure) and they lost that series so maybe SMB will take the crown tonight.

To be sure, i'm taking the ML as they would be a defense-oriented game and a low scoring game so the winning margin for this game might not be wide.

Same here, I have a bet on ML on SMB, I don't like to complicate things as this is a game 7, do or die so not going to bet on the handicap or the over/under.

Just put good value bet on ML like what you did and you are good to go and sit and see how it goes. I think JunMar will play very good in this last game.

So best of luck for those who are going to support SMB tonight.

That looks easy, getting that ML odds is good if you really think that SMB will win here 100%.

No Castro, TNT will struggle here, I'm thinking, maybe they'll win the first half but SMB will dominate the 2nd half.
TNT would lose its consistency without Jayson Castro, so that's the scenario I'm seeing.

good luck @bisdak40

Yeah, ML and handicap, SMB covered it. Give credit to Castro, savvy veteran but SMB is just too much for TNT, in the 4th quarter alone, SMB outscored them, 17-0 run and that's it, TNT can't recovered from that.

So congrats to those who back up SMB again, nothing to be ashamed for TNT's performance this conference, this should be another learning experienced for them. And as I have expected, Junmar had a another stellar performance and MVP awards to boot.

This is why prediction is really fun and rewarding at all, congratulations to those who supported SMB all the to this final, such a great conference for SMB.

SMB did manage to steal this series from a game behind from TNT, JMF is really unstoppable and deserve the MVP award again. He is now one of the top MVPs in PBA history. Still, congrats for TNT for winning the runner up, that is still a good finish after all, for sure they will rise again in the next conference there’s always an opportunity to grow here, and let’s hope for a more healthy players next conference.

Setting aside those valid excuses why the TNT loses the Finals series, San Miguel Beermen just did their very best to finally sealed the series and take home the All-Filipino Cup title. After a series of exchange leads and TNT getting downed at double-digit before the half, almost a close game until the end of the 3rd. After SMB managed to make a 10-0 run in the 4th, TNT was unable to get back on track.

Congratulations to all SMB fans there!

I think San Miguel Beermen's run of this conference is one of the most challenging experiences they went through in the All-Filipino Cup Conference.

- Reaching a Game 7 against the 5th seed Meralco Bolts in Semi-Finals
- Reaching also a Game 7 against the 2nd seed Talk N Text Katropa

Usually, SMB just feels the strong competition during the Finals and not mostly in Eliminations, Quarterfinals, and Semi-Finals of the All-Filipino Cup. Aside from that, it is also the first time that SMB was seen struggling to win the series against a 5th seed team, which is Meralco Bolts in the previously finished conference.

Congratulations to SMB for winning this year's AFC title and also to JuneMar Fajardo that is now close to being considered the GOAT of PBA.

What a big win for SMB!
As expected by many, SMB is on a better side here and they prove that again. CJ Perez was really on fire for this game 7. Still kudos for TNT for doing their best and playing their hearts out. Kudos to Castro for still playing despite of his injury, this is still a great conference for them. Congrats to those who bet for SMB, let's celebrate with them as well. Grin
Too bad for TNT, because they rely too much for Castro though he still score a lot but I guess it’s really not enough to stop SMB, still a treat game to end this conference. SMB really dominates this game, JMF is unstoppable as well along with Cj Perez, such a team effort for SMB and that’s why they are able to get the championship again.

~ Though lot of time left but the body language of the TNT players are not looking good.
You have to feel for them but legs are heavy especially for the 'babad' players like Castro. They're not getting much help from the bench unlike the Beermen.

The momentum swings has been insane in the first three quarters but the SMB depth has been evident in this game 7. There's no coming back after that 17-0 run and then you have the veteran Ross putting the nail in TNT's coffin.

edit: Fajardo step-back three the icing on the cake Grin

TNT was still fighting in the 3rd quarter even though they are undermanned. They even got a 5 points lead at the end of the third. But suddenly, in the fourth quarter, the San Miguel Beermen went to a run that deleted the lead of the TNT. TNT has no answer to the scoring assault of the beermen and that is when they started to fall. They never scored and let the beermen to a 15-0 run. TNT suddenly run out of gas after an stellar 3rd quarter run. You can see the pain in Castro's face every time he jumps and you know that he is in real pain but forcing himself to play. William suffering from a cramp, I think, did not help the team either. A minute and half left in the game, SMB stopped scoring and just let the shot clock expires.

Congratulations to SMB for bagging the All Filipino Conference 2022.

We are in the middle of the fourth quarter and SMB up by a dozen. Poy Erram was ejected and Mikey Williams is limping towards the bench, CJ Perez firing hot on all cylinders, seems we are heading into a Beermen this early in the fourth.

That's what we are witnessing right now if you are watching this first half, Mike Williams, Poguy and Jason Castro all are in their battle mode and for sure fans from both sides are enjoying the game, I like this kind of finals both teams are showing greatness it was the ball decision now if the shots will fall hahaha. But seriously speaking, both teams are playing great and coaches are handling the momentum the right way, though it's the son who's playing the system now with the TNT.

Good luck to all SMB Fans! down by 5 after that  2 points of Jason Castro, Still lot of time to play..
It looks like SMB will end the first half with a lead, they are able to protect their lead but for sure TNT won't give up easily. Injured players for TNT is really not helping them, well they should not focus on that and instead, keep on playing based on their plan and strategies. Both coaches should be able to adjust right away, SMB will be on a good position here especially if JMF gets some help from the other players. It's really enjoying to see a neck and neck game, though its sad as well because the conference will be over in a few, we might need to wait a little before we saw them playing again. Have some bet for SMB, hope they will win this time.

3rd quarter now and like what you said TNT will not give it up that easy they will fight and will try everything to cut the lead, while in the SMB side they will need to be careful not to allow TNT to make a big rally and turn this to their favor. Erram is out but seems Castro really doing everything here.

End of 1st half, SMB having the lead by 11 points.

The score now is 66-55, it was a high-scoring game, so the over will likely win. Smiley

Castro played, so TNT are now complete, but can they come back in the 2nd half and beat the SMB?

A big question that no one can answer, too early and both teams are doing great. Cheering for SMB here though TNT is slowly
coming back.

The ejection of Erram will surely hurt TNT in this second half. They are already down 11 points and now that they have less force on the inside, surely SMB will take advantage of this. Kelly Williams is the only big man left in TNT. I do not know how will they stop June Mar once he decides to go monster mode inside the paint. In the first half, June Mar is just playing decoy, attracting the defense of the TNT while his teammates wreck havoc. I wonder if SMB will be the main point of their offense in the second half now that Erram is out of the game.

To be sure, i'm taking the ML as they would be a defense-oriented game and a low scoring game so the winning margin for this game might not be wide.

I am taking the opposite of your stance. I believe that it will be a scoring game between TNT and SMB because TNT cannot match the defense of SMB. Their key player, Castro, is out and Erram has injury and cannot play 100%. Maybe, they will try to outscore SMB instead duking it out on defense. They can do that if William and Poguy get their shooting going. Good luck to your bets.

I thought Castro was the only player of the TNT that is injured now, well, if Erram is not 100%, then I think it's another advantage for the SMB here. But this is game 7, come to think of that, this should be a close game, both teams are going to give their best since there's no more tomorrow after this.

SMB winning? fine, but I think TNT will cover.
