That looks easy, getting that ML odds is good if you really think that SMB will win here 100%.

No Castro, TNT will struggle here, I'm thinking, maybe they'll win the first half but SMB will dominate the 2nd half.
TNT would lose its consistency without Jayson Castro, so that's the scenario I'm seeing.

Same here, I have a bet on ML on SMB, I don't like to complicate things as this is a game 7, do or die so not going to bet on the handicap or the over/under.

Just put good value bet on ML like what you did and you are good to go and sit and see how it goes. I think JunMar will play very good in this last game.

TNT can't afford to sit out Castro in this game so i think they will let him play as this will be the last game for this conference. Looks like history repeats itself on TNT on their championship series against Ginebra the last two years where Castro was injure or it was Parks (not sure) and they lost that series so maybe SMB will take the crown tonight.

To be sure, i'm taking the ML as they would be a defense-oriented game and a low scoring game so the winning margin for this game might not be wide.

Game 7 will be reveal this coming Sunday all the efforts and hard work will be concluded if who will be the champion in this all-Filipino Cup. I will echo Poguy on his statement, him alone can't match the powerhouse SMB but if Williams and Castro will be there with a very competitive game, then the chance is high for TNT, I'm a SMB fan but I can admit that TNT guards are really tough the offensive attacks from this three stars are very hard to counter, you don't know if who will take the shot as all of them knows how to play and set up a much better shots.

Starters / solid 5 from both sides might be Erram, K. Williams, Poguy, Castro and M.Williams, while for SMB, they might start with Perez, Ross, Lassiter, Tau and Fajardo.

Mikey Williams is not consistent at this Finals but I'm sure he won't repeat that worst 2 points only for 2 consecutive games.

That's their final game and he needs to wake up to his usual playing level to give TNT a boost. Can't imagine how strong TNT will be if Mikey will have the same performance just like on eliminations and playoffs.

Pogoy also said in the interview that if Mikey Williams will not play better and Jayson Castro will not be in his full healthy status, they can't win in Game 7.

Got surprised too. The injuries on the TNT side might be the reason or that's really the reason for that spread.

John Paul Erram = Sprained
Glenn Khobuntin = MCL and out of the finals

Erram can still play although it's a hard task as he's the only reliable center of TNT. If old Kelly Williams can somehow force himself to be at his best, that's a big help. It's their last game that's why they should force themselves to be at their best even playing in injury. Jayson Castro will surely play.

Pogoy is the only consistent player in the TNT in this series against SMB. He needs big help from Mikey Williams.

The only reason is they are defended well, like always Mikey Williams is too inconsistent in the series so far.

For Kelly Williams he was defended well, probably got tired after a good performance in game 5, and of course, the other big man Erram who are in foul trouble and got fouled out in the game.

Another thing, they got outrebounded by SMB, 52-42.

TNT players are very tough they can win this series for sure. But only thing I doubt and have questions in my mind during the game 6 of this series I think there's a reason why only RR pugoy can take a lot of shot even mikey willams and kelly willams did not have a good score which we all know that only 1 win they are the champion in all Filipino cup 2022 and don't know the reason why they are not making any noise in game 6.

If this is a close game and the game will go to OT, that will kill your under, however, I think the chance is low, so you can always gamble on that. On the last 6 games, I think most games went to over, so the trend is over, but I understand it's game 7, so yes, it should be a very defensive game.

I guess the focus here will be more on Fajardo but as long as Lassiter and Perez will score again, TNT cannot stop SMB, especially if Williams will only produce 2 points this game again.

I think they are riddled with injury so they will not be performing 100%. Poy Erram, Ryan Reyes, and Castro have some kind of injuries. They can play tomorrow but I do not think they can perform 100% but since it is the finals, I will not discredit their will to win a Championship. I think Castro will play no matter what tomorrow. He was already a game-time decision last game, and he chose to avail himself more time to heal by not playing.

The ML odd for TNT is 2.39 as of this post but I think if Castro decides to play, it will be lower. So, if you are a TNT supporter, this is the best time to bet.

The ML odd for SMB sits at 1.51. I will wait until before game time to bet for SMB. The ML odd is too low for me.

Of course, because so far, he is the best player of TNT, not having your best player will certainly result to a decrease of winning chances. It's still to early to judge, they had not make an announcement, so probably the best thing to do is wait for game time and place your bets.

I also like the under, I know both teams are good offensively, but I believe game 7 is not going to be a fast pace game, their shooting percentage will probably go down.

Castro being questionable should be the factor why the handicap for TNT is high. however, TNT cannot be underestimated, they are a great team and even without Castro, I think they will be able to give a good game because they also wants to win. TNT needs to play together, just like what they did in game 5.

Typically bookmaker base there odds on previous match of the same team on this case was game 6 which SMB was ahead by 18 points at the end of the game. This is a very huge gap and there’s a chance that SMB can repeat due to momentum. The odds is really good if you are a solid TnT fan because you can support your team with a high odds on your bet.

And also Castro questionable might be one of the huge factor on why the ML for TnT increase the odds. I think he will play on the last game since he already expressed his willingness to play on game 7 base on his yesterday interview. This is just a 1 game away to championship tho.

It's very interesting but without Castro I think I will not take it.

We have to wait, Castro vow to play but the decision is coming from the management as they cannot risk Castro's health by forcing him to play.
We can do that in live betting if we really need to make sure if Castro will play o not.

There's no news yet about Castro going back into game 7, I think this is a serious injury and he can't just go back for a short period of time but TNT badly needed him. If he is ok now, for sure Castro will be back for game 7 and that is something that SMB needs to be prepared. I still can't decide on where to place a bet, the odds are quiet interesting for both teams.

I can't believe the spread in game 7, this is very interesting because TNT is now +4.5, and 2.45 for moneyline.

We can speculate that it is and we can't. In the end, as a PBA fan, I think let's just enjoy the entertainment that they are giving to us.
For me, I already knew that there will be Game 7 because more games = more revenue for the league and take note that it's Sunday and many people will watch their favorite team trying to win that title.

When you are seeing SMB to score 40 points in a single quarter and those three point shots sinking in, you knew already that they will win.

Anyway, you are right that they needed the offensive power of these players in order for them to win the title. It's a do or die game for them and I hope that they will repeat their performance in Game 6. Fajardo didn't contribute much on that game or I mean it wasn't the usual Fajardo that we saw that is dominating the paint because the guards are the one who is dominating.

They needed him in Game 7 now and that's their advantage being up 3-2. Aside from Castro, Ryan Reyes also dislocated his shoulder in Game 4 and not 100% and Khobuntin will  not play in the whole series because of an injury. These 2 players are contributing so much to the team especially Khobuntin which is an all around player. Erram fouled out himself in the 11 minute mark of the 4th quarter last game so yeah I agree with what you said that it's for the sake of his injury.

Not a scripted one, but where's the balloons? hahaha kidding aside SMB will not easily give up by the way they played last game 6, that's the how fans expected them to perform. I like how Perez,LAssiter and Enciso contribute putting pressures outside and bring good space for Tau and Fajardo. Like you, I'm a fan of SMB and I believe that with that same level of intensity, they can win this series.


No doubt if NLEX manage to secure Williams and still keep Erram, this team is really a team to beat, but the mother company needs to be more competitive, so acquiring both Erram and Williams they win another title and now they are chasing for another one.

Coach Yeng Guiao now also parted ways with the NLEX Road Warriors.

NLEX team really gone through a lot of problems since then. Should be one of the best teams in the league if they were able to secure Mikey Williams before (which Coach Yeng expected to be drafted by the team) and if Kiefer Ravena focuses on his PBA career.

There's a rumor that Coach Yeng might return to Rain Or Shine next season.
