Let see if what improvement this two coaches brings to this team, it's been a while for ROS maybe with this combo new twist
and sets of plays might be expected.

I don't see something special on these new changes in the ROS coaching staff.

Don't get me wrong, they don't need a new coaching staff but rather a complete reshuffling of their roster. They need to get back to the competition like before wherein they are one of the best teams outside SMC companies.

Still looking forward that will see again the same ROS, especially in a Finals match between non-SMC companies.

I get your point, we all knew how tough this team before not sure why Yeng Guiao leaves but  I do remember those years when they really in the competition and they really mean business.

Though like what you have said, it should be a complete shuffle and new coaches might not have a huge impacts but who knows
maybe players will be more aggressive if there's new system that will provided, we just need to wit for this new season start before
we can conclude if there's any addition or any improvements.

You are right, just for now. Let's forget about him what would be the future that awaits in his career. As long as he has the contract with his team now and about to play with the upcoming opening season, that should be the most important thing to talk about.
Well, sometimes thoughts like I have said really comes into our minds.  Tongue

It's so early to speculate about what will be his retirement and what job he can land after that since he's still playing and healthy. I believe he still have so many years to play and maybe he will follow the foot tracks of asu taulava for having a long time career on PBA. Maybe your speculations here guys are right since he's experience and hustle could give a good contribution to the team will acquired his service.
It just got into my mind since they've also mentioned retirement. Yeah, you're right that it's too early for him to talk about retirement but that's to be sure that whenever he retires, there will still be another career that he will pursue and any of these teams will give him that opportunity.
That's one great record if he's going to be the same with Asi Taulava but as you said, it's too early and we'll never know.

Just reading the post above about ROS decision about replacing Coach Garcia and the takeover of Coach Gavina, while browsing around it came to my attention.

Not just Gavina but together with him is he's former assistant  Rob Wainwright  base from this article it's a reunion of this two former coaches.

ROS is suppose to be a strong team, they have a lot of veterans that could help this team to be in the playoffs. In the bubble their performance is not good so that could be the basis why the management decided to make this big announcement.

So upon checking his stats. I found out that he only coach one team in the PBA which is a bad team and that is the Kia Picanto, so hopefully the outcome is good because ROS is a good team, they maybe just need some new changes to uplift their playing style.

Rain or Shine has a new Head coach.

Rain or Shine owners explain decision to hand Gavina the coaching reins

Will this make the Rain or Shine better this season?

Based on the article, Garcia was not really fired, I believe he is still part of the coaching staff but this changes was made since Garcia is working with the national team as part of the coaching staff and they don't want that distraction on their campaign this coming season.

I think the management are just using that excuse to make Garcia still feel better, ROS has not been doing good in the past conference and we know that, that time Garcia was still focus with coaching the team, so it's safe to presume that the management are not happy with his performance as a coach.

About the daily news, Calvin might retire in SMC soon as that's what the boss wants.

Calvin Abueva says Alfrancis Chua wants him to retire with SMC group

He is not getting any younger, it's nice if he can find a team to stay and retire when the time will come.
That's coming from the boss, meaning they value Calvin in a team and they understand that their chances has increase because of his arrival.
If that's what the boss wants then he's in good hands. Now, this is a good thought for Calvin, after what he had gone through and it's a good idea for him to retire with SMC.
But what's next after that? I guess that he'll still be getting a job on his team after that, maybe the same as the coaching staff.
Honestly, I don't think Calvin does fit in the coaching job, maybe let's just focus on him being a player now and enjoy a good career then retirement comes thereafter. The beast is only good on being a player because of his talent, I'm not underestimating him but I don't see in his attitude to become a good coach in a team as simple quality of a coach is being calm, Calvin does not have that.  Cheesy

He is willing but I don't think the management will not utilized him.

Vic Manuel willing to accept a smaller role in 'loaded' Phoenix side

Manuel replace Calvin so we expect that he will get the playing time Calvin left.

This looks like CJ Perez coming from SMB D league, impressed the management and now playing in a team.  Grin

I understand the sarcasm, DYIP is a farm team and now that he is ready, SMB has taken him to help their team to win championship again. I know he will still deliver with his new team, probably one day will become the best player in the team when Fajardo retires, but anyway, do we have any news about the Kraken?

Kraken has been practicing already, that's what I read in the past so probably we will see him playing once the new season will open. A healthy Fajardo makes SMB a team to beat, even without CJ Perez but with this addition, SMB has become a bigger threat on any team, they are the super team in the PBA.

With or without CJ with healthy Kraken SMB will continue to dominate the league, He still got the same support from the pillars of his team though they are not getting any younger but the teamworks/connections between each others are already established. It's tough to beat them if they have a healthy squad.

Adding CJ, it will impact a lot as he can provide if there's someone who's having a bad night for them. Surely like what most are expecting if he start playing like how he played with DYIP, he's addition will bring more firepower for the Beermen.

You can find the list of the best betting sites in the Philippines here: http://sportstatist.com/best-betting-sites-in-the-philippines-eng/

Thank you for sharing mate, but unfortunately none of these site I have used for sports betting, I guess they are not crypto sportsbook, correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes, you are right - these are just popular betting sites in the Philippines. If you are specifically interested in cryptocurrency betting sites, you can find their list (TOP20) here: http://sportstatist.com/top-20-cryptocurrency-betting-sites-eng/

Now that's better, I know maybe 80% of the sites in in the list.

This number 2 in the list https://nitrobetting.eu/.. I'm not familiar with it, I thought it's https://nitrogensports.eu/, they also provide markets for PBA.
NitroBetting is the new website of NitrogenSports, which is made on a modern betting platform and is designed for greater convenience for players and provide a better service for online sports betting.

But https://nitrogensports.eu/ still exist, does it mean both of these sites are running together or the https://nitrogensports.eu/ (which is the old site) will be terminated soon?
I think that they will exist in parallel with each other for a very long time, so there should be no problem with this. However, if you are planning to register for the first time on the site of this company, then of course it is better to choose a newer site for this purpose, since it is more modern and better in all respects. More info about this you can find here: http://sportstatist.com/nitrobetting-review/
I'm also not aware of the new one, why did they create a new one if they are all running. Both of them offered sports betting, right?
I know some gambling sites with the same owner but they have different games, like PD and Stake, PD does not have sports but Stake has.

They have opened a new site to be able to offer a better service for players. I think that over time they will completely switch to the new platform, but since this is a rather complicated process due to various factors, it may take several years as a result. In any case, I think the old site will exist for a long time, but they'll just try to focus more on the new site.
