Just need to jive things up and allow him to express his knowledge for the best interest of the team.

Wright is the best player of the Phoenix but he can improve if he will mature more in the court, as an assistant coach, that's a good start for Dondon Hontiveros career in the PBA and these 2 coaches are just new in head coaching and assistant coaching as the veteran Alas has been fired or remove from the team. I'm more excited how the team will improve their 3 point shooting as that is Dondon's specialty.

SMB will not anymore get him as they already dump him for Tautua, so it's probably the Ginebra and not the Magnolia too as they already got Calvin.

I just feel bad for the guy but I'm sure that there will be takers of him but we'll not know if he's going to improve or play better with that team.

Literally a good news. Dondon is back in action but not inside the court anymore, he's a very good addition to the team in part of assisting and coaching.

Blackwater is just a farm team, that's what people are saying and that's what I observe as well.
Now that they don't have Belo anymore, I think there chances to compete is not good, I don't expect them to improve this coming season TBH.
