For Gin kings, I agree with you, not done yet unless Meralco will manage to take the game and have that comfortable series lead 3-1, but still close and I guess it's the team's pride for the Gin kings they need the win to tie up the series and keep the distance close, while with Meralco whatever the adjustments that they did it's working for them especially their defense.

it's giving tough job for Gin kings and they are really being covered by Meralco from all the sides of the court, Meralco just need to continue that aggresiveness in plyaying good defense but also needs to take those good looks and make those shots.

Same here, but I guess I'll be betting on the kings to win this game with -3.5 point spread. I am just observing the point spread and it seems it's not moving. I don't care if it's a trap or not but Ginebra cannot go down 3-1, so if they'll win, I believe they'll finish strong, and with that, they'll likely cover the spread.

I also checked the stats of Thompson and C. Stand, they seemed had a bad game in game 3, so I'm hoping for a big bounce back game and deliver a win.

That's the real defense, these two are both defensive teams, so the outcome should be under. And also, we have to consider that they are not playing in a familiar court. Indeed, Alaska got their chance since JMF is not playing on their first 3 meetings but when JMF start to play there's no way Alaska can stop him and with his pals "the death 5" it's really tough to handle thats solid squad, nothing but only watching the Beermen snatching that almost another title for the Aces.

Though, the situation now is too different, SMB is the heavy favorite and there's no one from ROS lineup that they are waiting to bring a big impact, and worse is SMB begins to spark that bond with those resting superstars now being back in form, it's really tough to handled.

Hopefully they'll be able to find that adjustment especially with their defense they can't just let SMB to establish their confidence and keep attacking, the team is composed of very talented players as even their 3rd five can do the damage, the only thing that RoS can do here is to play with both defense and offense there's no room for any mistakes as SMB will surely attacks them if they see lapses.

Like you mentioned, it's a 7 game series there's enough time for them to create system that will give them the right adjustments and maybe they'll be able to win game from these series,.

If DYIP managed to take a game from SMB there's also a possibility that ROS may win. Just continue playing with everything that they can bring and hope that it went right for them to win.

That's what I also noticed, when the ROS shoots well, they likely win the game. Just like their game versus the TNT when they have a big lead at the beginning because of their great 3 point shooting, but the TNT had a big run in the 4th, lucky for ROS it does not translate to a win. Not only the 3 point shooting, I think they also need to improve their defense. It can't be denied that SMB is a very good team, but if DYIP were able to beat them in a game, then I guess ROS is capable of doing that also since this is a best of 7 series, more opportunity for them compared to the DYIP.

Yup, SMB dominated game 2 with that solid and healthy squad there's nothing that RoS tried doing to counter but it's really a team effort for SMB that really hurting both the defense and the offense of RoS it's so hard to beat a great team who's playing alongside with each other and already knows what to do when each players are inside the court.

They are just waiting for the play executions and always ready to take the shot when opportunity gave them, no time to be shy in taking shots as the trust with each other already established.

SMB is just too much for ROS. Although ROS are sharing the ball very well which is good but their 3 point shooting was really the problem in this game. Just 27% from 3's and since that should be their main weapon to defeat SMB, with a low percentage that's an automatic loss. ROS really struggling to score in the paint as JMF is waiting their to block shots, and sometimes when JMF attack the paint, he can also grab some offensive rebounds which hurts more the ROS. Now, let's talk about game 3, what should be the strategy the ROS has to use? Because they can't afford to go 0-3 where no team have even comeback in the PBA history.
