People would understand if when they let Teng and Ahamnissi they also have added some players with the same quality of the players they let go. Thing now is different, they are playing like an undermanned team, so when they didn't even look like a championship when the two was still in the team, now they should look like the same team in the farm division.
Yup, better when they let both players they've used their cap to hire decent players who can really provide them the lift and continue being a contender, but instead they just let them go and continue playing with what is left for them, just playing without any chance of winning the game.
Same with your assessment with the current roster, they might be weaker than those known farm teams.
This season is the best testament that they have become one of the worst team in the PBA. They are still winless, but after this long break, let's see if they could really figure out how to start winning.
They are at the bottom of standing (
https://pba.ph/standings) 0-5 so far, this team still has a little hope but it will take a miracle for them to improve. Even getting at least 1 win this season, I think it will help a bit to boast their confidence as currently they don't have the same confidence anymore.
I don't know what would happen to this team but adding to the list of farm terms affects the reputation the league more. and nowadays, with the social media platforms, people could hear some rumors against the league that they might be disappointed.
Indeed, but the show must continue, even if they add themselve to the famr team list, no effects for the league officiating officials, as long as they are recieving their paychecks the league will proceed.
There's no reason for them to stay in that team if that is a farm team. I think there are players in the team that has a potential to play overseas, they should choose that path instead.
