We are not sure who really went wrong, Ken or eASIC, but it was one of them. I invested with the expectation that we would have eASIC chips in full production at the end of December as the absolute worst case scenario. We have passed that point and still only have <3TH online.

No shares, no eASIC, maybe a little hope?

Well, before the delays were announced, I had normal production starting in Feb. That wasn't a best or worse case scenario, it was a realistic one.

People just seem to ignore the facts when they are invested.

We are not sure who really went wrong, Ken or eASIC, but it was one of them. I invested with the expectation that we would have eASIC chips in full production at the end of December as the absolute worst case scenario. We have passed that point and still only have <3TH online.

Considering how far we are behind schedule and the fact that we can't even trade our shares anywhere, I feel that we deserve some DETAILED updates as to what on earth is going on. Additionally the problem of several weeks worth of dividends needs to be tended to.

Ken says the chips had to be reworked to accommodate a major software update. That is about all we have.

yeah yeah I've pretty much stopped taking any of this seriously.

One thing I've learned this past year: Anyone and everyone involved in the mining business of Bitcoin (with a very few exceptions) is either an inept flake or a con man. …or both perhaps?

He said chips were going to be late for some reason which isn't precisely clear. Either there needed to be some changes for hashing software or they didn't work correctly - no one is really sure.

The brightness of the ignore link is a function of how many people have ignored you. I'm not sure what the minimum threshold is but the highlighting starts with a pale yellow and gets progressively darker until it eventually hits a nice gonorrhea-discharge orange

Holy hell thanks for the laugh. There is no hacking going on by joining a forum over and over. None. There could be charge pressed if they accessed the admin panel and removed the ban, and you could prove it; or they are making some kind of death threats and the like. There is no illegal activity in being a troll on a forum. You have to ban the IP and so forth to mitigate the trolls/spambots and so forth.

I would love to see a case where a forum owner sued a troll tho. That would be classic.

It's not against the law but it is almost definitely against your ISP's ToS to use their network to evade bans and if bitcointalk cared enough to email [email protected] they can warn you/suspend your service if you're a repeat offender. It's the internet equivalent of trespassing.

Source: used to mod a forum with 20,000+ active users and contacted ISP's regularly

LOL, no ISP cares unless its blatant harassment or physical threats. Even threats to DoS and so forth will have to have proof before they even send you a letter in the mail let alone try to suspend your account. Source: Not in a pissing match, but yes I've been around on both sides.
