I found out about your offer and registred here,

do I get it right that I pay 4.99USD to get my plastic card to Germany and I'll be able to withdraw 3000 Euro a day at the ATM?!
Which documents do you need from me to verify myself?

All this information is available on our website and inside your account. Contacting us directly via tickets is faster and more reliable if you need more information.

Cards are 4.99 USD/EUR within 7 days from your registration in the system, then it's 14.99. Card limit after verification is 3,000 every 24 hours. You need to take into account the limits of your local ATMs as well.

Verification is identity, proof of address, receiving a code to your mobile phone. The verification FAQ inside your account has all the details you need.

We are just as unhappy about it as you are - or in fact more. As it is not an Advanced Cash issue, we are waiting for the card vendor and their processing partners to fix the issue. As soon as we are sure it's gone, EUR card funding will be re-enabled. We hope to be able to do it early next week.

Should be fixed later this week. However, we are entirely dependant on how our card vendor and its partners handle this.

I wonder why your bitcoin to dollar price is always lower than the current price in others site like blockchain , coindesk .. Etc  ?

Every marketplace has its own price, ours may be more or less different from what you see on other sites depending on how the Bitcoin prices fluctuate.

As for why it is lower, think of it like a currency exchange office somewhere in the city. You walk in there and you are not surprised to see an exchange rate that is different from what you see for xe.com for the same currencies, for example. Every business has its own rate determined by supply, demand, and other market factors.

I have my pre paid debit EUR card charged and when I try to use it in some places (and these shops accept mastercard) it says that I have insufficient funds when in I really have...

Anyone else has this problem as well?

I can probably explain it, but only if you create a ticket. A forum post is not really helpful in these situations.

Hello Advancedcash!

I tried to get in contact with your support staff with your ticket System, but there was no answer for 3 days now.

My problem:

The balance of my plastic card was 651,02 EUR, but there are now two new transactions with -740 and -10 EUR.
So my Balance is now -98,98 EUR.
This two transactions are wrong, and the negative (!) balance is wrong too.
Please correct my balance.

a friend that sent me a SEPA payment that I have not yet received as of today

I don't really see any uncredited bank transfers of that amount at the moment. Please contact us in the tickets with sender name and date and exact amount and we will run a more in-depth search.

Hello
I have been using my AdvancedCash Card for a month now , and here is my review.
I heard about you guys from a friend, I signed up and submitted all the docs, 8hours later, my account was verified.
I ordered my card with the expedited shipping by DHL , which costed me 105$ in total ( I think that 99$ is a bit expensive just for shipping but it worth it) as I was very excited to try it.
I am from Morocco and as of today, I only got one issue, which was a friend that sent me a SEPA payment that I have not yet received as of today, thanks god , it was only 5euros to test it :p
I usually deposit funds on my account with bitcoins which is really fast.
I order from online merchants , cash out to ATM, use it to pay in restaurants, stores ...
The card is very simple to use and the support is very reactive, Andrew is always here to resolve my issues :p

I recommend anyone here to use an AdvancedCash Card, it's really amazing !

I have a question about the virtual card that worth 1 dollar

Can I use it to activate PayPal and facebook ads ?
And I want to know if any one used it in google cloud too ?

That's sort of not a question to us. There are no limits on our side. We do not know if the card will work with this or that merchant, we just have no way of knowing that. A lot of people use our card with PayPal but your case depends on PayPal policies in your area.

I can confirm that both the virtual and the plastic cards work fine with PayPal, I've confirmed both of them on my account. I have no idea about the other services tho.
