I know how it feels dear. It is very painful and very hard to control your emotions in this kind of situations. Although you can lose your money in trading, in crypto world it is more riskier than other markets I think. Try to recover slowly.
With the market falling now, I have lost 60% of the value of the holding, altcoin is constantly falling, so maybe only in a short time the market will bounce back and we will become billion rich

First, I wanna underline that all of your investment become your responsibility.
That means if you gain loss by 50%, that because you can't manage your assets very well.
So, if you wanna gain profit you have to upgrade your knowledge about trading first. Learn how to read the market situation, manage your emotion and don't be greedy. And always use money management for all of your investment.
You should still wait because if you sell will also suffer losses. Crypto trade since the beginning of the year is very difficult and the prices keep falling coins. But I read a lot of that at the end of this year in the prediction of the coin will go up.
Holding until the prices increase than your cost is one way of doing or just make money using the daily fluctuation in the bitcoin prices,you can see there are almost $500 difference in the bitcoin prices each day if you can buy at bottom and sell them at top will make for your loss.

That's right, the whole market is really giving headache, it's annoying if you don't have any idea on what to do but if you have then you will just sit down and wait for the bounce back, if OP still holding better to keep it that way, though I'm not sure since this topic was open last November before the big pumped chances that he already cope up and sold it with good gains. 
I even lost 70%+ of my capital and I'm still chilling and waiting for the right time for the market to bounce back.

I will first suggest you hook up with basic news on cryptocurrency and also watch some icos and decide how you think their coin might bounce back within the available limit

I think that you need to learn how to choose right projects and coins. I started, also in the beginning of summer, and I can tell you with confidence that I'm losing only when I choose frankly bad projects. Or unsuccessfully released as Atonomi.
Mostly funds are lost, when coins are sold, as soon market shows a downturn, instead of keeping a solid portfolio on long term. Also often mistakes are made on day trading with only one coin and risking too much money. Successful day traders can grab good returns already with very small investments and multiply their intial funds.So there is no need of throwing away much money on day trading.
You must be capable of manipulate your patience to avoid such losses. You appear to lose greater than 50% of your capital from buying and selling due to one mistake, you can not control your staying power and are effortlessly suffering from marketplace situations
You know a lot of people lost theirs money during this half year, mostly that ones who hold. You should understand how to trade in waves, so you can earn something even during bear market. My favourite book is Price action, there you will find everything you need
I think I lost %65-70 of my money at this 6-7 month, it is huge numbers but there is nothing to do anymore, we will wait for increases and I hope we can see this increases in this year.

Everybody here is in the same situation. That is why it is so important now not to sell the cryptocurrencies we have but hold them. I believe that soon, we will see how the bull run starts and get the profits.
You should be have a limit after than you stop to sell on this month. Example you lost 10 % of capital. Stop. On the month leave market, because you don't understand him. The better use this time for studding

Depends on what you're trying to do...
If you're investing and have built a decent portfolio you shouldn't lose so much in the short term and if you do you should recoup it in the long run
If you're trading then the trading discussion section of this forum would be the best place to seek advice
Whatever you do don't leave your assets in the exchange if you aren't trading with them
