REAL - Crowdfunded real estate investment will be worth over 300 billion in a few years
No, just no, it won't be. I don't even know where to start. There are so many problems with "crowdfunded real estate" that it's actually sickening. Who is in charge of these investments? How are they regulated? (if its in the USA then it definitely needs to be by the book). What about liquidity? Most of all, this doesn't solve a problem. People can very easily buy into REIT's if they want to get involved in real estate. You know, funds that are actually legitimate. Hope you haven't bet the house on this one.
I'd agree. And the ICO terms put their MCap between $35M and $70M. Quite a lot imho.

I have been staying away for about half a year, because i had too much work with building a house for my daughter and when i look now, i see that a lot of these coins even don't exist anymore. They seem to be "dead" as people say. Some have stayed, but mostly is the price/btc going down.
I have decided to sell almost all my coins for BTC. I think personally this is the best. I find it too difficult to follow or see when a coin might be good in the future or not.

Just some ICO are created to spin your coin, make money on it, and then this coin slowly dies without support and demand for it. To other new coins approach more responsibly and she lives and grows in price. It hard to take opinions seriously, since there's the agenda of people just promoting their own coin that they hold lots of.
This is why you need to try to make your own research and ask for advice only to those users that you trust or that you think have given good advice on the past, however I think the best method is to rely on your own skills that way you do not depend on anyone to make money.Yes much better to make own research about that coin and never depends on people that suggesting for what they hold or have coins maybe all of us do that way but mych appropriately when you are making own and study and see the value of that coin.
I see DeepOnion with a large distribution. The price is rising fast, yet it is still not very high yet. I think it can more than double again and its market cap can get closer to its level of interest as it gets more attention.

Sure, but just a few out of 000's of them. But how do we tell which is what buying is the main problem because an ICO with a huge and fascinating marketing and PR effort doesn't mean it's worth buying and to those ones with great potentials but with less funds to solve their marketing and PR stages. I recently read a new ANN from a newbie account, probably the ANN was recently posted and or something... but the whole replies was ... it's scam, it's scam, it's scam and this is probably because the ANN wasn't initially posted with any links to their whitepaper, site or something but a few hours later, those got posted and suddenly all the scamming replies stopped. So it all depends on the potentials of the projects, mate.

We're getting to a point where any altcoin is worth owning. Seriously, it seems like every coin in the top-100 market cap index goes up and down but always up.

The best thing for you to do is have the research for yourself. Observe the coins in cryptomarkets in how they behave and somehow try to have intelligent guess(if there is such a thing). Anybody could give you an advise but even they could never be 1oo% sure that it is accurate in the future. Investing in these coins is more like gambling, so its really up to you to decide.
when i was new her i dint know what are alt coins but when the time i research it and get the wanted information i got a lot of alt coins to prefer and make the right decision.I guess that all people has a set of opinion and different wants and it also may depend on what will they use it on.i still prefer that not all alt coins is recommend to invest . you must find good research and investment to get what you really wanted but if i'm going to recommend some coins i prefer the NEM and Ethereum because they are the latest trend alt coins for me.

I've been reading through this forums for the past few weeks and all I see is "this coin is dead" or "everything is a shit coin". Is there any alt coin with potential to invest in or is it only bitcoin? I don't mean like a few here and there, I mean over 100 coins.
What you have read is true. There are a lot of shitcoins here but it does not mean that you cannot make profits from these shitcoins. There are pumps happening even to shitcoins that is why they are still worth monitoring at times. If you want reliable coins to invest in then go for Waves, ETH, ETC, BAT, XVG, DGB, Strat, Ripple, MCO, and so many more coming from the top.

in the next months i trust that LISK will be the best altcoin in the market, however i am a little disapointed with what has occurred by yobit, posting it before discharge.
try to buy Ethereum, Litecoin and XMR because this coin is very good and have a good future and have a stabilized price.
