not all altcoins are shitcoins but there is a lot of shitcoins among them . we just have to study about them before we invest . first read the whitepaper & give attention on the team then you can get an idea about the project . think about the roadmap also . so you can decide the holding time. there many good altcoins  I think NEO based altcoins will be good in this year

I like IOTA and NEO, EOS as well. Many investors make their stakes at OmiseGo (OMG). They predict that this coin growth will be the coolest one

You have to visit coinmarketcap.com and  do some analysis. You don't have to base on other people opinion to do such business with high risk and much money involved.

Ethereum is one altcoin that you can never go wrong with. No matter how far down the price falls you can always be sure that the price will recover and go back up again

At the moment you can make good money only with altcoins if you are trader. They are developing faster, grow faster, they have more prospects, etc. There are a lot of good coins in the top 100 list.

Cryptocurrencies are constantly changing. If you do not keep track of updates and the emergence of new High-Value Projects, then after a while you may find that your investments have fallen in price.

Most of the altcoins are just scams and will not survive more than a few months.
The good altcoins I can think of is the Monero, Ethereum, litecoin and very few others.

Bitcoin Cash
The main difference from bitcoin is that the BCH (bitcoin cache) has a large block size (increased from 1 to 8 megabytes). Due to this, the transaction speed has grown significantly, and the commission for their execution remains lower than that of bitcoins. Users who had bitcoins received the same number of BCHs on their wallets. The new cryptonomete has been listed as the largest stock exchanges.

Always buy those undervalued coins. There are a lot of them. I will give you some : xem, utrust, waves, iota, maidsafe. That coins are my prospective coins that are undervalue. Aside from those, ethereum is one though pricey. Neo is one. Try to search on them and analyze their features why they are for keeps.
These are quite old coins. Why do not you turn your attention to new projects that have appeared this year? I believe that projects that appeared this year have much more growth prospects than Old Coins.

There's so many altcoins that it's worth buying. We our just in the first step that in cryptoworld have been just starting this year. We might need to take some action now before it's too late so better to buy many altcoins and hold it for longtime and see what your money happend now.

Well, thats really a tough thing to answer.
It seems lately even alot of the 'good' coins are dying out or losing community support.
I think MaryJaneCoin, PotCoin, Dashcoin, and JoinCoin are possible good coins for a long term investment.  Cheesy

before investing, what I do is to understand more about what coins will be selected by reading and searching for information from various sources. I found many coins that have good potential and quality with an experienced team of developers. I think a good altcoin to buy is:
1. ethereum (ETH)
2. Dash
3. litecoin
4. Ripples
5. monero

Buy  ethereum shop! It's more likely to fall, but at this point you should buy it at the current price. I'm sure that ethereum will bounce back even more than it did before.

Rippling, litecoin, Dash, new money (NEM), IOTA currency, etc. There is a lot of room for growth. The proportion of these “cottage coins” in your digital asset portfolio Should be 30% to 40%. Their prospects may still be good, but they are more volatile than Bitcoin and Ethereum.

I would say Doge atm... I personally think that it's potentially underpriced atm.
Lately I see that many people buy coins like Ethereum, Bitcoin based on which are the two strongest currencies
of the last times but there are also others like Ripple, Monero and Litecoin that can be reliable for a small
not so risky investment and always investigating or asking people who have a little knowledge of these
coins
Majority of the investors will choose the most promising coin and btc and ETH is in the top 2 so they will trust their money on both.
For me, since I also believe there are a lot of undervalued coin, I also check other coins which is still in the early stage and study on the team if
they have the capability to deliver.

Well, I think the Ethereum of course, is to buy, but with bitcoin already is the question. And then, not in terms of lose or win. I guess the question win whether... as it grows quite slowly and has a tendency to roll.
