I do not agree that ethereum is suitable for quick profits. It is rather a long-term investment in the future
It is important to remember that a quick profit is not always good. Such transactions, as a rule, are doomed to failure.
Should I invest my 3ETH on which of the below for a quick buy and dump to maximise my profit?

ADA seems to be nice I think and it is future of smartcontracts, since it is wtitten on a much more and secure Haskell Programming language, instead of java, solidity,... Also they have three dedicated teams for managing different things. I think ADA is okay
I would choose Ethereum since itbis known and a bit stable. When a coin is just rising up in value, though it had shown profitability, yet this does not show that it could be the one that everybody wanted because it is really a useful coin. The probabilty would be is that it could eventually die and may no longer be used in the future. So their is a great risk of using unknown coins.

I see today is quite fun. because all Altcoin is green. so much profit. I am more racing on Litecoin that has a fairly high development. I'm sure Litecoin is able to give a pretty high profit. ETH

Investment in Altcoin is not as strong as holding BTC or ETH. For other cryptocurrencies, they may make you profitable, but they are also at great risk. BTC and ETH are the two most important cryptocurrencies. They are stable. And they are more influential than Altcoin, they have a lot of room for growth, and the risk is relatively small, so I think that holding BTC or ETH may be a more sensible choice.
For now it is good to invest bitcoin or ethereum. Because this coin have potiencial to pump . Buy and hold and sell if the price are pump.
For fast income only altcoins are suitable. They show more significant growth over a short period of time compared to the first currencies in the top.
ETH is the best choice to me! While crypto market is going down, ETH is still in getting upward. Its code is evolving fast, due to a very competent and reactive team. With each update, it becomes more trustworthy, more efficient and more universal.
I think ADA has more investment potential. Today should be a year when the main network broke out. In addition, if the Chinese market has an open message, NEO is also possible.

altcoin market is hard to predict, there are several possibilities for you if you decide to invest altcoin. if the market increases in the near future after you decide to invest. means you get a fast profit, but if the market weakens in some time it means you have to be patient.
Same thing goes to stock market and other "speculative" market as well. It's just no brainer that altcoin market seeing from its crazy price movements is really hard to predict. Even bitcoin have the same thing happened.But it is what makes it more interesting, the market volatility which drives the price to become as crazy as it is for now is being used for speculative way for traders and therefore an increase of opportunity to create profit out of the price volatilty.
This requires a good understanding of the market. And know the technical analysis. And it's easier to make money on an up market

Well, it seems like you should take researches first. Alternative coins are sometimes just used for a short time day trade for profits and not for a long term investment. Maybe that is the reason why they are saying that alts are for fast profits. In my opinion, it can not give you sure profits even in a short period of time because volatility can either go up or extremely down. Or if you would try to observe one or two alt coins that may have potential to grow in a period of time though it needs some time. Investing in alts have higher risks and I think you should follow some for yourself first.
