You should take into consideration XRP and NEM. Many projects will disappear in one-two years. But these are looked pretty strong.
You can invest in change bank Ico it’s already doing well as well you will get bonus and also you can trade ift investfeed in coinexchange, Ixt and dent token is good for long term holding.
Now I hodl 0x project. I hope many projects will use 0x protocol so price would grow. BTW they are already used at Cobinhood project.
for me Ethereum and Waves that will be a hope for future altcoin, and would be very good for long-term investment because i believe the coin this will always increase and have a high enough value in the future.

Dash is going to be the first crypto to actually be used in large scale retail. It'll easily clear $1k and above in the next year.
I would suggest you choose NEO, OMG, QTUM, TENXPAY, and CARTAXI. NEO will be as huge as Ethereum in the future and it will definitely cross Litecoin. Only time will tell but I plan on holding my ETH for a minimum of 2 years! I believe it will continue to rise in value over time.
eBTC is worth watching.
I only choose ETH and ZEC because these two markets are much more stable than other markets. In the future these two altcoin will be heavily subsidized by the community and will certainly be pumped continuously over the next few years.
Not sure about ZEC but ETH is surely an promising and holds a great future ahead so I won't mind in holding Ethereum for long term as price will surely be much higher in future.

Hey guys, I wanna hold some alts for 2-3 years. Can you advise me some? I am thinking about Bitquance, XVG, OMG, NEO....anything else?
Why not just hold all the known coins like ethereum, litecoin, monero and obviously bitcoin to for that much long period of time. For me, I find it very risky to put my money into coins which are new and looking at the current rate of new ICO coming everyday I believe it's even dangerous to have any coin trusted in the first place. One can be replaced by another ten in no time. So better choose your portfolio in a way such that theses coins have been in the crypto world since long and they are actually making the way through the time. Otherswie you can see by all yourself how he coins are generated daily, not healthy for the crypto currency economy.
There are a lot of coins out there, instead of looking for all these new and promissing coins. I would rather invest heavily on a few top 10 coins and HOLD for 2-3 years. Of course i wouldn't put all my eggs in one backet. For me personaly i consider coins that have been around for over 3 years with a resonable marketcap as good investment.
