Xvg and NEO are supporting these altcoins have a future, but as for the rest, not sure. Well, I'd add the advice to buy at this time of LCC and BOScoin.

In my opinion you can buy ETH, NEO, GVT. But dont hold every coin 2-3 years. I invest to MTH when it was 6 cents. It reached 50 cents. And i didnt sell it. I still believe that coin but now the price is 9 cents. So sad

XVG, OMG, NEO are good coins. There are many cryptocurrencies out there and not all of them are good. Therefore, you have to learn about them before choosing a right coin to invest. it is very risky to invest in a coin which you do not know. 2-3 years is a long time period which can kill a coin immediately
2-3 years of holding may depends on what coin we should probably to choose this for and we can justify for what future of this can be you have to wait for it patiently for me i believe for what i have to hold right now it has a possibility that i can earn profit on it 2-3 years of holding.

i think the more coins you have the better you have for gains. 2-3 years is enough to get alot of profit maybe at the 6 digit gains. if invest at least 10k.

Lately there's has been a huge accumulation going on with less known GPU/HDD mining coins. As long as there're miners and more room to go on the coin, they worth holding.
Miners are your back. They won't let something they mine die.
I see no reason to hold the coin for 2-3 years. I think it's best to hold the coin no more than half a year. I advise you to follow the market.

There are a lot of altcoins out there, and holding some of it is I think a great idea. For me, I think I'll hold monero because of its security. You should also hold litecoin and dodge because I think it has a lot of potential in the future. Of course you should also hold ethereum and bch for possible hardforks in the future. And ultimately, you should keep your bitcoin with you because it will definitely increase its value in the near future.

Its your option, but If I can give my personal opinion I think its not wise to do that, because I think we must have a target that you want get so you can get the good or highest price from all of altcoins that you have, so if we do this , we can effectively sell the coin, so we are not lost. Its better if you know the ICO price to set based on your target
