Is it very bad if a coin has a low daily trading volume?  The known coins have at least 6 figures or more traded daily at the very minimum.  And of course btc and the top 10 coins are traded in the millions and even billions daily.

Basically, with bad marketing it happens that way, but everything starts small and gradually develops. If you see the potential of a coin or token that has a low capitalization but a good product and a team that develops it despite all the difficulties, then I think that you can invest in this direction !

Maybe It depends if the coin has a low volume in exchange cause if the coins developers are still active maybe this could have high volume in the future means this coin is for long term holdings but if the coin project developers are no longer active to update the coin maybe that was bad and you should dump that coin and look for other potential coins.

There are a lot of promising coin daily trade voulme is very low (four to five figure) that's means those are coin are not bad. Because trade voulme is up and down by market condition. Increasing market voulme is always high now overall bad situation. Billions trade voulme happen only four or five top coin such as BTC,ETH,EOS,XRP,USDT. But that's right many altcoins volume really worst which are shit project.

We have to see how the team develops the project, at the beginning the token has a small volume but it is not easy and requires time to develop the project.
I think not all tokens with small volumes do not have good potential.

Yes, it is not good if the trading volume of one project is low. It is expected that the volume should exponentially increase with time. But when it is not like this, there could be panics among the project investors having doubtful minds that may be such a project will fail or collapse. Team should have things in place to calm them down when this is being experienced.

Low volume clearly means that there aren't many investors interested with the project for the reason that it is just a mediocre, a copycat or scamcoin project. It's better to stay from it unless you are one of the veteran traders who can play with it and squeeze a lot of profit from it by pumping it in many groups and dump it until its delisted or officially dead.

Well, I do not think with a small amount of bad coin , I think it can make good money , I had a couple of coins that gave about 1000% for a couple of minutes , but of course they are more risky in the market keeping them

Coins with low trading volumes are usually shitcoins. But if the coin was only added to the exchange after the ICO is completed, this is an exception to the rule. In order not to risk your money, I advise you to avoid such coins and choose coins based on its capitalization and daily volumes.

Yes. its bad. If some altcoin have low trading volume, describe that altcoin is bad coin, no enthusiasts, its means people don't pay attention about that coin. nearly to death coin.

At times some coin may have low daily low trading volume maybe because it has just been introduced to the market and sometimes the team might still be developing their product and for that reason, they may not be able to attract investors until they have a working product, but some project are bad and because of that they have low trading volume.

bad for what?

you first need to decide what you are looking for and then try analyzing. if you are looking for an altcoin to give you profit then yes if it has a low trading volume then it shows its current death state and it can't give you any profit. but having high volume is not guaranteeing profit either.

but if you are looking for technology,... then volume is meaningless you have to check elsewhere.

IMHO I would avoid such coins or put in them just a few usd. Low volume means that it has no use, no popularity and going to be dead in the nearest future. And they can be very volatile because of low volumes, so you can't put proper stops.

This is very risky if we choose these coins or tokens for our investment because we know that with low volumes there are so many risks. especially sometimes the project turns out to be a fraud

yes, simply if the volume is low, the market cap will also be low. and if the market cap is low, the price will be difficult to rise. it's interconnected.

It depends on how low the trade volume is. If there is a hardcore community it is still worth buying the coin. Someone will buy it when good news is released and low volume coins like deeponion are more profitable

Actually it's not too bad, only if the coins with low daily trading volume will be difficult to rise in price and turnover and tend to decrease when the demand is reduced or absent, this is a result if the coin is of low volume.

Trading volume on daily basis must be an important criteria for choosing a coin for both investment or trading purposes. Unfortunately most exchanges are now a days faking volumes to attract innocent investors. We particularly have nothing to against this but we must need to do our own due diligence to safe guard ourselves. This is the problem and solution of high volume assets.

Let's come to your point of low volume coins. Investors may pick a low volume coin with future perspective but will never touch a low volume coin. Yes, low value and low volume are happening to one asset for various and different reasons. I guess, it would be much safer to stay away from low volume coins always.

Actually anything can happen with coin that have low volume. Maybe worst case is get delisted from exchanger. Because exchanger sometime delist coins that not really productive anymore for them and replace with new coins.

I don't think so. In this case, there are 2 options, first, coins with low trading volume are old coins, so there are many who are not interested in trading again. And these are many factors. I'm sure you already know what these factors are. the second option is a new coin. Due to the current market situation is still unpredictable, so, it's natural if they still have low trading volumes.
If that can't attract the demand and again and that's a usual thing consider these old coins can't create such a useful product and a lot of speculators are feeling tired to see that. But for new coin and that should be a big problem and remember it looks so difficult to liquidate our money on this low volume coins.
