It has been said so many times.... such waiver of rights has no effect. At the end of the day it is up to a judge to decide if they got off the hook or not. IMHO they did not.

Their shitty AMHashLC terms would be spit on in court. Such unfair agreements are illegal by nature. The thief that forces a victim to sign that if he returns 1 of 3 stolen things he is allowed to keep the rest is absurd. They are offering this shit only to discourage people from seeking further legal actions. So just take what they agree to return from the stolen money and it has little to no effect on your further legal actions.

However, getting the AMHashLC relinquishes your rights for compensation if this shitstorm ever gets fixed. You lose all your rights to get back what you deserve.

ehhh not really you do not loose the slim theoretical chance of legal actions if you accept the liquidation fund compensation.

BTW everything went so silent, have majority of small investors accepted compensation?

will we see more movement here when the expected pay off date has passed?

I'm sorry to inform you that you are incorrect. You do lose your rights.

AMHashLC terms
==============

1) DEFINITION: Each AMHashLC unit represents a total of 0.0003 BTC (0.3 mBTC) payable to the holder of the contract.
2) ACQUISITION AND IRREVERSIBILITY: AMHashLC can be obtained by holders of AMHash contracts only. Each unit of AMHash can be exchanged for one unit of AMHashLC. The exchange is irreversible.
3) COMPLETE AND FINAL TRANSFER: By executing the swap of AMHash for AMHashLC, the owner transfers all prior, existing and future rights and privileges arising out of holding the AMHash contract to the issuer of AMHashLC.
4) NO RECOURSE: By executing the swap of AMHash for AMHashLC, the owner relinquishes the right for any direct or indirect claims arising out of holding the AMHash contract against any party involved in the creation, performance or sale of the contract AMHash.
4) NOT TRANSFERABLE: AMHashLC shall not be traded.
5) GUARANTEED FUNDING: Sufficient funding for all AMHashLC contracts is provided prior to the offering and is secured in BTC address 1FU3uhBR4bKTavbeiJXdHHs13W5bRjM7DA.
6) SCHEDULE: The swap will be offered until April/20/2015. After April/20/2015 the swap offering will be closed and no further swaps will be possible. The total payment to units of AMHashLC will be split into 5 equal installments paid on a weekly schedule. The first payment will be provided after April/20/2015 and prior to April/24/2015 and the combined total will be paid out before May/29/2015.
7) FURTHER OFFERINGS: We reserve the right to do additional rounds of AMHashLC offerings with the same conditions after May/29/2015, should it be deemed necessary.
Quote
3) COMPLETE AND FINAL TRANSFER: By executing the swap of AMHash for AMHashLC, the owner transfers all prior, existing and future rights and privileges arising out of holding the AMHash contract to the issuer of AMHashLC.
4) NO RECOURSE: By executing the swap of AMHash for AMHashLC, the owner relinquishes the right for any direct or indirect claims arising out of holding the AMHash contract against any party involved in the creation, performance or sale of the contract AMHash.

So yes, you do lose your rights.

So why would you guys believe anything he ever said at this point?

I wouldn't and I don't.  I was just saying what was mentioned at the beginning of this thread.  It is clear now that whatever FC said in the past few months, it was a lie.  I don't even consider the results of the BE300 results to be valid.  It is easy enough to fake the numbers and get fake prints on chips.

I consider my AMHash1 and AM1 shares to be 100% gone/lost/worthless.

You can still sell your AM1, so not 100% loss, AMHash promised around 1/3 return plus the ~35% we already got from dividends it's around 66% return, so, not 100% loss, still a very shitty deal though.

However, getting the AMHashLC relinquishes your rights for compensation if this shitstorm ever gets fixed. You lose all your rights to get back what you deserve.

You lose all your rights to get back what you deserve only in their system. Legal system is immune to such absurd agreements. I don't think their AMHashLC trick would suffice in court to keep stolen money to themselves Undecided

FC also said that he had a 'good relationship' with the local government.  AM was able to get 'cheap electricity' in northern China as part of some kind of deal.  FC posted about this in the 1st page or 2 of this thread.

AM didn't have a farm in Mongolia. They had one in China and according to the story FC planned on setting up a new farm in Mongolia after learning the hardware was stolen.

The AM hardware in the pics is most likely owned by Hashratio who built AM tubes and was the first company to set up a farm in that location afaik.

Interesting find, I'm not that much into that AM scam, but really weird things happening if that's true. What miners are in these pictures? They look like Bitmain miners to me. Weren't AM using their own? I wouldn't invest in this zeushash though, it's either hashnest or hold now. And I am holding my ~1 1BTC Grin at the moment

How do I get balance from amhash.com? They state that I have to contact Asicminer, because they gave our balances to them... How do I contact them? Why is this even needed - they can just send all balances to specified withdrawal addresses. A bit funny I should say - handing money to the same ones that stole our money... So it's like - here you are plz take these money also so you could steal them as well.
Anyway, is that Asicminer enough developed company to have a website? There isn't one as the first result on google though it should Embarrassed
Can not believe that this shitty business even sold some hardware miners as some people claim on this forum...

yeah i would like to know the answer to this as well, i have some bitcoin with amhash i would like to get out. I hope i can get it but i am not going to flip out if i cant. I only had like 0.13 bitcoin left inthere as i had taken out alot of my bitcoin about 3.5 months ago because i needed the bitcoin for something else.

I had the same question about my remaining BTC balance in my AMHash account and they directed me to Asciminer.  I emailed Asicminer and they responded with the following:

Hi ,

We consider what you mentioned was an accounting error at AMhash side. We will try find a solution with RockMiner for compensation after April 20. Please be patient and wait for instructions from AMHash.

They do the conversion to AMHashLC now and will fund our accounts with btc accordingly later. I just can't understand why can't they just return our balances from amhash.com. AMHash support tells that they sent the money to Asicminer so the money should be there not stolen by their traitor cat and should be no problem to return it if they play honest...

Trust me!
Hey guys!

I see the transfer to havelock finished weeks ago, but still don't see anything on my havelock account, is that normal?

I don't totally understand this thing...

Thanks a lot.

Well, you should have been credited with the equivalent shares in AMHashLC. This will disappear after the 20th of April onwards when it converted into BTC compensation rate per GHs.

I did my transfers 2 weeks ago and I have been credited with equivalent quantity of AMHashLC.

I thought the final conversion would only take place starting April 20!? Well, I wish this deal could be done with AM1 shares, as well... Hindsight is a bitch...
