I like the daily payments but the price per GHS is very high; you say you tell upfront your total costs so how much are they now?

Ah, so, if a company has miners today, they are forbidden to replace them with newer, bigger, better, more energy efficient miners tomorrow, because there are specific contracts tied to specific hashrate of specific machines? Must be a real bummer if your miner goes down then because you wont receive any mining coins then. I wish somebody would invent cloud mining then, where all sold hashrate is tied to an equivalent number of miners (preferably with some spares running on the side) and people are paid out their share of the total, so it does not matter if one machine fails, or is replaced by a newer one

Of course they won't last for 5 years, they won't last till the end of this year. If they even have any miners, then once they become unprofitable, your contracts become worthless. No miner currently available would last anywhere near 2 years, never mind 5 years.

I hope and wish, BCS will reach the end of 5-year-contracts. That would be a very good ROI/ROR while the BTC/USD will raise again!

I hope so, too. Atm the GHS/BTC on CEX is very low. It's a risk to invest there in GHS, because nobody knows if and when CEX will restart mining ... but: No risk - no fun!

It is a good idea to purchase cheap Ghs when the BTC price is low. I think, CEX might start again, when the BTC price will be high.

Your investigation is a very good job to warn beginners in case of possible scammers. I'm with you, but I personaly don't need that warnings, because I have a very long experience with HYIPs and other alternative investments. I've never invested all in one, so I've never losed a bug. Split and go, you know?
Also I've never referred others to invest in risky shemes. My only REF-Link leads to a site with free bitcoins, so noobs can't lose anything, but test the world of BTC, without any expensive hardware. Fair or not?
Sure the golden-cows-website was a scam. Well, shit happens ... I lost there BTC of one dayly output. That's nothing - no problem at all, because: no risk - > no income.

First rule of all investments: First in, first out and split as much you can. That's my experience with ponzis, HYIPs, Clouds and even crowd fundings. I've made 500%+ with scammers like Pokerproxy or KingsOfProfit. My own fiats - my risks - my income without any referrals. I would never write "I never had a problem with XYZ" if I have a problem. Why should I lie? Also I have not to write "It's a scam" as long they pay and I allready reach my personal ROI (and I'm not the only one). I'm not an investigator, but investor, so I have to think about, how much I should invest somewhere. I don't need an investment-agent, because I am my own.

For example: I've invested 1000$ in KingsOfProfit (0.x% of all investments), spiltted and earned 5000$. At the end of that "game" I had xxxx$ on my active wallet and "lost" it.  Any problem? No, because I did my 500% with splittings. First in - first out. It's so easy to "scam" a scammer.

ATM I use www.greencoincash.com for "unused" BTCs. Well, it's a HYIP with another plan. 0.7% dayly plus up to 100% compounds. No matter of BTC-difficulty. Five "contracts" and four withdraws so far. No problem - I got my interests and investments back, so I can not lose a fuckin' cent anymore. I can't imagine how someome lose money in such shemes with risk-splittings? Ok, I can imagine, if investors pump all their money in one sheme ... well, it's silly.

BCS is'nt a HYIP. It's another set of investment. I got my ROI, so I can't tell you negative experiences. I am not an emploeer of BCS, I dont know the boss of this company, and I get no bonus for writing the truth ... and very important: I dont use REF-Links for such investments.

Does having a 100% accurate trackrecord in spotting ponzi's count as 'personal experience ', or are you asking everyone who hasnt been foolish enough to get ponzi'd to shut up and you want everyone to rely instead on co-conspirators such as yourself, with a track record of posting "I can't see any scam" " I never had a problem with that site" nonsense in obvious ponzi threads such as golden-cows ?

Already over ROI 

My first contract is from 07/July. The ROI of this contract is 111.4% atm. The dayly output is stable (and sometimes higher because of lower difficulty in december) and allways right in time. I bought my second contract for a very low BTC/GHS price, so it will reach the ROI much faster.
So for me there is no problem at all with BCS. The only problem could be the falling worth of BTC, but that is not the fault of BCS.

"Secure" alternative: My local Bank offers me 0.9% interests per YEAR minus tax *lol*- So what? No risk, no fun, no income.  

BTW: Please don't call it Scam, as long you haven't invest with personal experience.
