Yes that's right, and as mentioned it's best now to accept Paypal too because that's what our targeted audience for the promo's uses most.

Once the in-house exchange is ready people can easily fund their account inside ADZbuzz using fiat and then spend their ADZ on ads this way.

In the early days it's all about cashflow to grow. In a couple of weeks we'll have a very big budget to start the mass promo's, will be featured on many big news blogs, launch moderated PPC campaigns and will grow our team to 15+ developers in a matter of weeks.  Oh and i'm not even talking about the integrations into exisiting WP plugins of the ADZBuzzer, some plugins have 100K+ installs and there's dozens of them!

it will be used with Paypal only and not ADZ till devs have auto inhouse exchange like coinbase ready and then he will change Paypal to ADZ only


the problem is now, advertisers need to buy advertisement easily and for them buying ADZ now is long and hard process. using fiat such as paypal is simple as majority of the world nearly has it


and once auto exchange is ready, there will be no need to accept payments in fiat because the auto exchange will instantly turn fiat or bitcoins into ADZ for any purchases or withdrawals

Everything's going well according to road map and even faster.

I think it's a right decision to accept ads payment via PayPal along with ADZ.

The major whales on the market (targeted ads buyers) are still better  dealing with PayPal so far than with crypto. So, it's gonna be more easy to sell traffic via PayPal.

what about the improved version of ad server which will allow all 100% complete type of ads which you had earlier mentioned in adzcoindesk post, is it also ready

Well today or tomorrow we'll launch the new homepage design and then we have to still do the following:
-> Create the WP plugin for the ADZbuzzer
-> Finish the new design
-> Finish the ADZbuzzPay Upgrade + ADZbuzzmarket
-> Test everything

After that we'll be ready for the mass promo's to invite beta-testers and at the same time promote the lifelong traffic offer. This will be done by:
-> Sponsored posts on major blogs
-> Mass-contacting millions of website owners (contact form-submission using software)
-> Add integration for existing plugins who already have thousands of installations)
-> $500/day Facebook ads for first 30 days
-> Targeted forum promo's
-> Banner ads on targeted sites

So depending on the WP plugin creation, design and testing this will all start shortly after.

Jens please tell me the time when the beta will be launched and the official one. Earlier it was mentioned that beta promo would be in early october and official promo will be in early november. But now you said that things are moving faster so could that be earlier also? And would you start official promos when that exchange and everything is 100% ready or even before?
Please explain 
And if price rises much(say $4) even in beta promo then there will be tons of celebrations and joy all around soon      hope this happens

Yes that's exactly right, until we have the exchange ready we will accept Paypal for the development and expansion of our network. After that everybody can easily buy our products with any payment option they like and ADZ will be auto-traded.

1. this paypal payments for advertisements is only temporary correct ? just to have enough money to build in-house auto exchange like coinbase and then when you have auto exchange complete, you will switch back to ADZ only payments for advertisement correct?




because from what i understand when you have auto exchange a person can buy advertisement instantly as their money/bitcoins will be converted to ADZ instantly

1. if you move to SEC as investment, why not also social media and content platform as Adzbuzz is mainly social media and content as well as investment can't you register it as all ?
There are limitations for that in the Phils, so we can't do that for what we have in mind.

2. will you register all business with SEC such as Adzbuzzmarket, Adzbuzzforum, Adzcoin.com, Adzcoin.org ?
They will all fall under the parent company so it's not needed to register every business separately.

3. if you will be accepting Paypal for selling advertisement, won't this be the opposite of trying to make demand for ADZ. The main purpose is to use ADZ as payment for any product to push its value higher and increase ADZ demand ?
The offer is basically a fundraiser to help us achieve our goals. We need dollars to pay our developers, server, maintenance, designers and what have you. If we solely accept ADZ we need to sell them on the exchnage oursleves plus the conversions will be much lower. This makes no sense for raising funds...

4. i love the coinbase style exchange you will have. Will it be auto-exchange and no waiting to turn ADZ to cash and vice versa it will be instant correct ?
Yes our goal is to replicate COinbase solely for ADZcoins and have fiat wallets too. This is the way to go mainstream and make it easy for people to use ADZ in our partner sites.

all is awesome but there is some big worry over a point  
you really upset us all by giving the option of buying ad spots with paypal. Why are you doing this?! There are many exchanges which give the facility of exchanging paypal with bitcoin. People can exchange with them and even bitcoin is also not a small payment service than paypal, bitcoin also has millions of users and thousands of exchanging sites. So hurting the growth of adzcoin price will be very upsetting. Everyone including you also want adzcoin to rise, so we can avoid this unnecessary evil which is not so necessary.

Hi Everybody,

The moment is almost here that we can present the new homepage and the ADZbuzzer to everybody. We are still testing everything and putting the final touch to the homepage design, so if everything goes well we might be able to show you a preview tomorrow. If not definately one of the days that follows so that'll be a great moment when we can make that go live.

When everything is working fine we'll also start working on the Wordpress plugin which publishers can add to their site. They will have the choice to add the plugin or some piece of code where they want to add the ADZbuzzer. When the WP plugin is ready and the homepage has it's final design we will start the mass promo's to invite beta testers. So the moment things really kick off are just weeks away, not months as we mentioned earlier!

We will also start heavily promoting the lifelong traffic offer as soon as the new homepage design is up. And instead of accepting only ADZ we will also accept Paypal for this to increase sales.

As you know we have 10K spots and after every 1000 spots that are sold the price will increase with $100. This makes the retail value of the offer well over $5 million. We have chosen to go this route because this way we don't need to get into the long process of applying for funding and/or sell a lot of ADZcoins on the market.

The funds will be used for these things:

-> Increasing the development team
As soon as we are ready and mass promo's start we will go into hiring mode and hire at least 10 new developers. These will need training (about 2 weeks) and that's why we are waiting until we can release the beta version of the ADZBuzzer.
-> Creating our own in-house exchange
Having our own "Coinbase-like" exchange will be needed for ADZcoin to go mainstream. We don't need to beg at exchanges for them to add ADZ. If they realize what we are building they will add ADZcoin themselves if they want to make money. We know we will do exactly that plus offer all members an easy way to exchange fiat for ADZ and vice versa and keep ADZ in a fiat wallet too
-> Buying ADZ to distribute through the ADZbuzzer. Part of the revenue will be used to buy ADZcoins and send to the distribution wallet every day.
-> Advertising ADZbuzz. We will have the ADZbuzz project featured on dozens of high traffic and reputable blogs. This will already happen once we have the beta version and new homepage ready and once more when we go out of beta. It will be really hard to miss this even if you never heard of ADZBuzz before that's a guarantee.

We are also still in the proces of registering our business with the SEC and move from a sole propretorship currently into a corporate structure. Some unexpected issues came up and we will turn ADZBuzz into an investment company instead of a social media website as this is more favourable for us in the long run.

That being said, the long term plan for ADZbuzz Inc. is to acquire and start more and more online businesses. Preferably businesses that can grow fast and require little maintenance (teams of 3-5 people to manage). We will already launch our ADZBuzzmarket with is similar to Fiverr, so that's one example. The ADZbuzzforum is similar to the Warrioroforum so that's another example.

The difference will be that the majority of profit will be generated through ADZBuzzPay and distributed through the ADZbuzzer to serve the real purpose of the ADZBuzz project, not to make a couple of people running the business rich, while at the same time employing more and more people!

Why would any of the millions of ADZbuzz users later ever use another site outside the ADZ network?

So we're almost ready to get things rolling, and when it does, it'll snowball pretty fast that's for sure!

Exactly adz4life couldn't have said it any better. Jens and the developers are working really hard on this project, not just to earn a quick buck but to actually build a business that will go mainstream 1 day and before that obviously the coin will be in dollars



And not only Buzz Powers that will make the value go high, but also the advertisement that will be sold to advertisers which will sky rocket the value (the high demand).

And the inhouse auto-exchange too for the future

still cheap its just for a past week when the price went up to 3k+ well be going to expect for much better price after everything has been implemented for sure jenss are working hard for this.

Talk about being impatient...

Trading and buying is mostly coming from the community as nothing is mainstream yet. And it is good the price is still low now, as more coins can be stored in cash-back slashing the market supply, which would make everything go faster when we go mainstream. The buzz power will play a big factor in the stability of the coin as well as rising the price.

Obviously you have dreams and have put money into this, but don't we and haven't we all?

But there is no point being impatient. This is a business and it takes time to build. So have patience please even if it goes beyond December and into January to finalize! Jens is not sitting there passively, but is clearly working continuously in trying to make this project a success. And I don't think he is pretending either...

So be patient and wait. Bitcoin investors waited years before that coin took off. ADZ coin has not even been out a year yet!
