yo! actually the coins will not be issued directly. The amount of Deltas issued will correspond to the BTC rised, with a maximum of 160 million cap.

No no, the tokens will be issued only for the amount purchased. The maximum supply that will be issued, if reached, will be 160 mill, if not, is going to be less.

You can check all the info about how and how many tokens are going to be issued at the token sale terms and conditions

Yes, you can send from anywhere as the tokens you purchase are stored in the account created on the Agrello website and not sent to the account that made the deposit/payment.
