dedicatedpool still not upgraded wallet, I can not withdraw money, PM dedicatedpool development, did not reply! 
Dedicated seems to be on the updated wallet & chain and I've now received all my mined coins from them.
I also had biiig trouble syncing to the right chain (multiple times) maybe dedicated just needs some more time.. You should try to get them @ IRC, binary is usually there all the time.
