Very positively, blockchain is a place of transaction storage and if they make blockchain themselves it is very good for coin development.

I agree building a blockchain implies time and money. If that is not going to make a difference it doesn't make sense to build it.

Of course, given this time, they may have drawn up a narrow road map and need to extend it shortly, as far as the money needed for realization is concerned, I believe they already have significant community support and the bonus programs will contribute a lot to this mass membership, and financing

I think it's the smart thing to do to start as a token. You can always start your own chain later but going back to become a token would look bad.

This press release is quite impressive. The CEO knows what he is talking and articles like this are good for the project for it often shows signs of a capable and dedicated devs.
