you can split your wallet by sending wanted block amount from your own address to your own address
if you have 400k and have them in a sync wallet already just better wait if you split your Bitbeans have to mature again

Thanks!but how do you cycle all the coins through? like if you just sending 100k at a time will it take them from the bottom or the top? I was just going to send them all to the exchange and then send them back block by block. but if it takes them from the bottom I can just do it like you said.

use advanced wallet options to select single or multiple block

I've had a stack of Bitbean for about 3 days, My weight is 98115 and every day says expected time to earn rewards is 1 Day.  Still waiting.  Am I doing something wrong?

My weight is 230600462 I sprout a couple to 6 times a day. you might need to stack some more beans. It helps to deposit in your wallet at 100k increments.

I have 400k beans.  So what would be the optimum stack?  100k per or fewer?

100k is the optimal and most efficient sprouting size,  or so I have heard.
I think BitBeans is now very cheap, I should order some more to increase the volume in the purse to help the bean sprout faster. Roll Eyes

Ah that makes sense.  I didn't think to send smaller blocks to myself instead I did it through an exchange wallet.

it seems like they are kept separated for sprouting purposes. It's not obvious from just looking at the wallet. You have to actually catch it staking, uhhh sprouting, to really know whats going on.

Thanks.  am I missing something or how do i split stacks in the wallet?  I know how to do it in other coin wallets but can't seem to find it in Bean (Coin) Control.

good question, I think for the moment you have to deposit them into the wallet in 100k increments. I'll let them know we need coin control in the new wallet they are developing.

ok would the subsequent deposits be combined or kept separate?

well i got some beans yesterday the wallet takes forever to sync tried to download the bootstrap on the homepage but got a webattack on the page or by clicking on the referal i don t know that was yesterday today it seems to work without the webattack but for now i just going to let it sync on its own  Grin  question why not download the bootstrap on the homepage

After your wallet synchronizes be sure to back it up. And I don't mean the run of the mill back up, I mean go into your roaming files and copy both your wallet.dat AND your blkindex.dat.   I have had a blkindex.dat error happen to me twice. Power disruptions while sprouting usually cause it.

Happy sprouting!

Can you tell me what you use for staking ? Notebook, mini pc, raspberry, thanks

The recommendation is at least a Dual-core processor (1.2Ghz) with 2 GB of RAM.
Another recommendation is a low-latency internet connection for optimal sprouting.

Means if using core i3 and ram 4 gb it is safe right? At least far from the obstacles that are not in want and everything runs smoothly.

In theory it must be save but check it yourself and see how the pc is acting. I suggest you to add another 4gb to be sure in the future.

If you are using the minimum resources I listed, the BitBean-qt wallet will use all of it.  Remember, sprouting is essentially mining.  The program is generating and posting the blocks to the blockchain, just like bitcoin miners do for the bitcoin network at an average rate 10 times faster than bitcoin (1/minute).

I agree with CisColtz, check everything for yourself!  If you plan to use the computer for other things at the same time as the program is running, you may want to add more resources for it.

You can run other stuff concurrently, but the program will slow down and yield time to other processes, thereby potentially affecting your sprouting rate.

I sprout on my eth mining rig. I think sprouting is more profitable than the eth generated.
