Interesting video from boxmining (China Bans ICOs)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlknzBwYDkc

While not bitcoin or bitcash related it will still have an effect on the whole market

I dislike the current Bitcoin Core / Blockstream / censorship approach in Bitcoin too, but I don't think that Bitcoin Cash is the solution. It doesn't bring enough innovation on the table, compared to other cryptocurrencies. For Bitcoin, I believe the best path is SegWit2x, simply because the majority hashrate will follow that.

The hashrate will go wherever the users give value for example if the users give segwit2x a unrealistic value of $1 do you think the majority of miners will follow it ?

"look ma, no EDA"

Yes they have learned that the profitability needs to be lower than bitcoin otherwise it's raped and left for dead in a matter of days.

It will be interesting to see what happens in the next adjustment though if the difficulty is adjusted in BitCashes favour then it may just start a repeat cycle again

I've heard that they are working on the EDA but it will require another hard fork this could be false but every rumor has some truth to it.

This is what happens when inexperienced developers rush things to market without testing every possible scenario to make sure things like this never happen.

It's heading up slowly. There is still too much sell pressure. When ever a pump happens there is always someone selling into it and it runs out of puff. I need this to be over. I'm losing too much sleep watching these pumps. They are always at night time really late in my time zone. At least KMD is still mooning. Smiley I wonder how long that will last. Might need to sync a BCH blockchain on my server ready to do atomic swaps with BarterDex.

“Blind belief in authority is the greatest enemy of truth.” ― Albert Einstein

And likewise, blind belief in anybody, authority or not. Newbie or not. Who you think they are, or who you think they are not, is also the greatest enemy of truth.

However, the greatest ally of truth is to look at it all from the big picture that it is, and take in all the information, from every direction it comes from, and discover your own, calculated conclusion to what the right choice is.

When next big pump? What do you think guys?  Grin

I really want to sell high and rebuy for much better price later!

I believe the next time we hit a high it will be like how bitcoin just ran through 4000 and never really looked back. reason is next leg will have fundamentals everyone can understand

Bitcoin is running very smooth right now mempool is virtually empty and under 2000 transactions waiting as of typing this yet the transactions/sec are at normal (2-3tx/s) Wink

BitCash will be empty its mostly under 0.25tx/s

There you go getting confused again tek. According to your logic, all is well if the BTC mempool is empty (somewhat true other than the Segwit sh*tshow and the overnight loss of 10% of its value), but "EHRMAGERD THE SKY IS FALLING" if the BCC mempool is empty (exactly 180 degrees backward and wrong).

I saw Tone Vays nervously drinking and muttering about how relieved he was that Segwit activated. Let's see how he's feeling over the next few months...

I don't pay attention to tone vays I think hes an idiot personally

On that we can agree  Grin

wow, how can a thread have so many posts within two months and how can a fork be the market cap top 3? its so surprising

Because this has the backing of some pretty big names in BTC. Roger Ver(Early bitcoin investor), Jihan Wu(Cofounder of Bitmain. Leadin ASIC manufacturer and Pool operator.), Craig Wright (Claims to be the real Satoshi) and many others. With that kind of clout backing this coin, it got listed on many exchanges with relative ease.

Satoshi, not so old, wants to play again ?
after all, he is the principal responsible for all this giant move.

Tone's responses are hilarious, "you a retard" He's grammatically inept and he hodls BTC like some sick religion, follows Core blindly and doesn't balk when his messiahs mention they don't even use bitcoin.. but then again neither does Tone.. He's a YouTuber that has minimal technical ability and a small following.
