It is tradeable at crex24 but there are only sell orders without single buy order, last price is 26 satoshi for 1 BPESO.
Not really a good price, the dev is also not active anymore here. No updates on what is they are doing at the moment to make this project get more trading volume. If you hold some from the airdrop, keep holding it and wait for a miracle.

Can you tell me what bounty you are follow, Bung? As far as I know, all participants get 1000 coins from the Airdrop program. No one gets more, everything is evenly split. If you follow another campaign, you may have to work within the next few days to get the coin.

The coin is not traded on any exchange. How can you know that a low price?I think they have basis on checking the price because they won't be able to declare or say the price value if they dont have any references basically they have connection on checking the system.
