Are you sure you have your original wallet.dat?
If you are sure you used blackcoin already, then you most probably have installed a fresh version of blackcoin and thus created a new address.

According to the blockexplorer you haven't been hacked, the address never had any transaction and thus also wasn't emptied.

Try to find your old wallet.dat, BACKUP IT, then replace the new one in your %appdata%\Blackcoin with the old one and start the client to have it sync.

Could someone explain to me what happened with my Blackcoins because now my wallet is empty and I am pretty sure I used to mine such coins around 3 years ago!

Was there an attack (how convinient that it happened with so much crypto currencies I used to have) causing a new blockchain?

i only came here because i had memories of BLK and then saw how cheap it was...i bought a little bit, then came back here asked a few questions and one was about smart contracts...
then a day later one of the guys here said...yes there is smart contracts in blk, lol...
i was very very surprised and then decided to research more and found so much cool stuff about blackhalo and nightrader..
that was it, i was back in Black lol
over summer we will see more life here....this thread is still getting over 500views per day , pretty gd
update the OP, links to all the useful stuff, a bit more dev update and interaction with the btctalk blk community and we will be back on track
this is the perfect time to stock up on blk, before the herd of sheep come because they cant afford a pos node on eth

There are a few good coins, and Blackcoin is certainly one of them. However the top on the marketcap list is full of shitcoins.

I think he's right about this actually.

Blackcoin is strong on tech and coin integrity but absolutely weak on marketing. With just about every other coin it's the other way around. In a way it's refreshing but it's mostly very awkward.

Well, I am using just the wallet at the moment. I was looking into Black Halo but have not had much time to play with it.
However all these things are not developed by only one dev. Rat4 is only maintaining the core, everything else more or less closely related to Blackcoin is maintained by other devs. And things like Blackcoin are not exclusively tied to blackcoin, even if the dev is an active member of the community.

That being said, maybe it could make sense to include everything in one application, although this would be a nother third party project. Rat4 nor dzimbeck won't probably do it as they are busy with their projects already.

Most people like a one stop shop in a coin, black coin is very function able but need 5 different pieces of software on just the appearance.

black coin needs to package it all together in one wallet. download the main wallet recommended and play with the features.

Someone wrote some post ago polo might delist BLK. I don't think so, polo would be really stupid to do that. The 24h turnover is more than $500,000
and BLK has a strong chinese community, see the turnover at BTC38 and jubi.

10,000 coins is every day a stake roughly. I havent checked recently and it is approximate because of all the people who could stake but dont bother, obviously people store on exchanges and do not receive this benefit but that varies.
How many coins are you staking. Your'll find out after a few weeks what you can roughly expect but it wont be as regular with small amounts, I think returns expected are possibly along the lines of 5% a year. So add up what you got, times by 52 for weeks and fiddle that calculation about till you get roughly figures that match and it'll show a time frame for stake. Or just wait, sounds like you doing it right

The 20 hours is just an estimation, a mere guess based on your network weight. Taken your network connection is stable, your wallet could stake in the next minutes or tomorrow. Also if all your coins have been staking already you might have to wait until they are allowed to stake again (I think, not sure how exactly this has changed after PoS v2).
