https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
got also my priv key out from chipmixer. first and last time I used chipmixer.

You applied for their sig campaign, you should have used them before then shouldn't you?

And one day delay of a small chip isn't a reason to not use their service but alright...

It's good to see that the fix worked, for now.

Could you not set up some sort of alert system for you to get a notification when the two servers lose connection from each other if there isn't a hard fix for this?
We are working on permanent fix for this issue.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Issue has been solved and chips awarded to active sessions. Please check again and contact us if there is any futher problem.

We have had similar problem in May and June - bitcoind connection was severed and could not be reconnected. Fix was deployed a few days ago along with a few cosmetic changes (minimal amount is back to 1 mBTC, bet button has been removed) but as we see now - it does not fix the issue. We are still working on correct solution.

Great to hear!

The problem is how could they over 36hours not even looked at the thread neither their email or at least to return the money back from their purses. This is totally unprofessional - many people put thousands of dollars in btc in their service and no response from them. We need our money either back or to the desired wallet. Time is money. Its NOT professional at all!!!

Everything works fine a few days ago
I've just mixed my bitcoin and withdrew a chip on the 6th
and then the next day I created a voucher code for the left over
I doubt this mixer goes scam at this moment, there isn't any hint towards that
it's probably its usual bitcoind (or wallet) hiccups just like what happened a few times before

They topped up the campaign escrow with a 8.192 chip the weekend before last. That doesn't strike me as the actions of someone about to pull an exit scam, it looks more like someone who knew they were going to be busy. I'm sure whatever they are doing they will still be checking in on the service and the support emails whenever possible.

You can see from reading back through this thread that every time there have been technical issues they have been resolved and nobody lost any funds. Trust is built up by how you deal problems and ChipMixer has always come through.

I fully agree. will wait until the weekend and then post it in Scam Accusations.

you should extend your session from time to time (e.g. every day) until the issue is solved with this link --> https://chipmixer.com/session/extend

before:
Session ends 7 days after it was started. Time remaining 165 h 20 min
If your browser is unstable, keep this link to recover the session.
If you need to extend session (input transaction is delayed), us this link

after:
Session ends 7 days after it was started. Time remaining 167 h 59 min
If your browser is unstable, keep this link to recover the session.
If you need to extend session (input transaction is delayed), us this link

otherwise your session could expire!
If session expired (168h) or was destroyed manually, we cannot help you.

When you work with people's money its uncommon on a Working day not to show online whole day. Let see how it will be.

Should we be thinking of some good prepared scam scheme or its not possible?
I think it's good practice to always consider that possibility when dealing with Bitcoin, but I think it's unlikely in this case. If you read the entire thread, you'll find at least 3 occasions in which a problem occurred, and each time it was solved once ChipMixer came online.

Why scam now? They've had so much time in which they could've scammed.

And no one's reported to have 20+BTC that has been stuck so I guess it's not really all that possible.

We have to consider that it might be the weekend where they are and you might be waiting for their monday morining to roll on when the support will be back in the office.
