Has anyone modified the GPU Code indices (experts only)? or left on defaults?

With the latest version of F@H software 7.4.4 you should be able to get core_17 work units without any modification. If need be you can edit the properties of your desktop shortcut and add --client-type=advanced to the end of the file path. This is shown in this guide http://www.curecoin.us/index.php?topic=9.0

Doing that will change the work requests for all of your cards at once instead of editing them one by one in you configuration panel.

Which pool supports ASIC? Had a quick look at the 4  on OP and they all seem to be GPU?

All of the pools are made for ASIC miners.

To utilize your gpu, you will want to follow this guide to fold for curecoins.

Damn that's worst than doing xpm @ ypool.

Now that brings back memories lol. Luckily unlike ypool the minimum payout will be very easy for you to achieve.

I like your sense of humor  Wink

+1 on that comment , Im probably not the only one that will get a well needed laugh at your reputable comment  Smiley I mean that in a good way just FYI  Grin Anyone that used ypool or mined XPM at all is likely a hard core crypto miner.

9 Millions points done after a little 36h and still nothing showing to the pool, there's more than 24h delay no?

I just checked my servers, your points are starting to register on the backend of the system. As of 5/12/2014 ~6pm EST your points will be showing up in the pool. It will take another day after that for the system to collect all your WU points. Most of your points are already in our system though, the rest will register the next day. As mentioned before there is a delay in pool shows vs what you have already folded. This is a whole different ball game then normal mining. And you are doing awesome folding! Keep it up and your share of Curecoins will be very nice. Around 6 pm EST tomorrow you should see most of your points converted into an estimated payout on the pool.

So far it looks like you have folded 8,492,324 points in 24 hours. I checked the logs, your first to last WU turned in are only 24 hours apart, not 36 hours. That is amazing folding power. Keep in mind that when you start to fold is not what really matters, what matters is when the WU is completed and uploaded and verified. Your Wu's are verified, and registered in our system. Keep folding, I think you will like what you see when the pool does its daily update.

For an example of the accuracy of what I can verify, tomorrow the pool will show 6656783 points in about 14 hours from the time Im writing this post. The rest of your points were handed in after the collection time, and those points will carry over to the next day. Congrats on being the fastest folder on the team so far. Sorry FifthGhostbuster and dime, but this new folder is about to pass both of you with a quickness. Id be excited to see you try to amp up the power to try to beat the new member Daliss.  Wink

May I ask what type of hardware you are folding with? Hitting close to 10 million points per day ( PPD ) is no easy task. My personal total folded points over the course of many months is ~11 million. Meaning you will double what I have done in months, in a matter of ~2 days.

Honored to have you on the team!

I would say all pools? Mining part of curecoin has SHA256 algorithm. So if you have asic for that should be good to go. (looking at difficulty and pools hashrate its def asic)

ok thanks!

will point one of my asics and see what happens!

wow.. 9m points... i am in absolute awe... =) that being said,
you are showing at #10 on teamcurepool. so points are valid.. As for the pool. I got my shares/update about 8-9 hours ago i believe. So u could have just missed the day marker due to folding units -> taking time to complete  -> points to be acknowledged by stanford -> updated to teamstat -> points received by pool -> verified -> daily update /payout... Pay's out   & updates every 24 hours. The time needed from first start to first coin is definately more. I do however agree it can be quite tedious not showing in pools rankings

With that amount of points im sure your starting to wonder. So..  the person to check with is 5thGhostBuster...  post can be found here : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6679467 Read up for whole summary. But as long as your username is same @ pool as it is @ stanford im sure ull be getting coins in next.. which by my estimations is 15-16 hours from now..

Is there a plan for a portable client?

Lots of people have computers at work without administration level. It would give a big boost to the folding, specially if the portable client is discrete in the work environment (tray icon for example)

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/foldinghome/hmnbjdgjgikbkapaolimfoidihobnofo

This Chrome extension will fold using your cpu within Chrome.

Ok, but to install the extension, one would need administration rights? Also Chrome needs to be installed on the machine.

Sorry no idea about the admin part but yes, Chrome needs to be installed.
