All I can see at this moment is 35% bonus offer for presale participants. I assume those 21,000,000 premine will be used for these purposes but there is no price fix yet for each token neither minimum required amount to participate in presael round. You have lot of time to reveal this information so I will be waiting for these.
Correct in relation to price as it's not set yet, the minimum required to participate. For the presale, only an amount of 1,500,000 CYR will be up for purchase the further remaining amounts will be for the main ICO and Bounties.

The geolocation data is only seen by the user of the device, its local and used only to draw the map interface - the data is not currently shared with a server.

Why there is no real photo of dev team on your website? Just my opinion but if you use your real pictures, it will boost your project's credibility further.
We have been heavy on the ICO side of the website as its built from the ground up, we will however update the main page with a team section so thanks for the heads up on that.
