I follow this project quite a time. I must say I am very impressed by the team and its community. I am buying steadily onions to make sure dollar avarage my position. Read all the accusation of some people on the forum and I came to conclusion that this a re nothing but a fud from  dishonest people who are basically caught scammers.
I have checked the stealth addresses on the testnet, everything seems fine,  so I am  exited to whats comming from this project. Such amazing achivments for such short time.
Today I ordered some promo materials from deeponion.shop and will promote the project where ever I go.

So they made a new client again and do beta testing in the open, on the mainnet. Amazing.

How stupid one can be to still keep money in this. I kept warning all along. But nobody listened.

ONION has a long healthy runway in front of it. The team has developed a hell of a product, so what matters is adoption to drive transactional value.

What can I say, with just 3 more airdrops left I feel we are up against a memorable journey. When I look back, few months ago we just started with a handful of people and then within such a less span of time we grew 4 folds. I am happy to see that there is so much positive vibe among Onion community members and trust me this is what makes me come back each day and read thru the forums. No matter how much onion you hold in your wallet, one thing we all should remember, that is we all have a role a play in this project.

It's being a while since I follow this project. Is the DeepOnion airdrop still happening? How can we register for the airdrop ?

We identified the issue, but for now, please, do not use Stealth Addresses feature.
Your funds are safe, however, do not experiment until we give an official info.


You can use all other features. Sending via normal addresses is unaffected. We already identified the issue and will provide a remedy (a software update!) soon.


Please also inform on other channels, like Bitcointalk etc.
There is no need to be worry about it. The hard fork was successful and we can now update everything that doesn't work, for whatever reason.
It is unfortunate that this new feature didn't work as expected but we will provide a quick remedy.
For now, pease, continue using the Wallet as usual and simply don't try to send via SA. You can, of course, generate Stealth Addresses and keep them in your wallet, as they will be needed later when we have provided an update.

From the coding standpoint we've identified the issue and we know its exact location in the code.
But of course we won't be releasing an update without having tested it in our testnet first.
Also, being an international team that works in different Time Zones, some of us are now not available and we will have to coordinate our activities a bit.
This is nothing exceptional and part of our daily work. However, because we're now in a situation that affects so many people, some of you will maybe ask "but what they're doing right now?".

Big bubbles, big noise, big hardfork. And in the end nothing works, stealth addresses are unusable. Do not use them. ROFL. What a farce.

At least Suppoman, one of the biggest scammers the Internet knows of, has mentiond DO. I'd say perfect fit. 2 big scams unite.

that is the only probable scenario.
it is already falling steadily. after the airdrops end, there will be no more incentive to join or keep these ever decreasing in value coins. 

Sometimes its not about emotions, I sold mine when BTC was all time high same with onion at $19 each and so far been thankful to deeponion team and i can personally says that i made the right the decision selling last December.

Its hard to say if people will dump at this price. if everyone will sell at the same time the buy support will not be enough to support the massive sell out when the airdrop is finish. I am still holding some onions from 4 rounds of airdrop before and i dont feel like selling at this current low price.

will getting holding with regards to long term, possibly 6 months for some year, it is possible to just wait for Bitcoin to be able to stabilize buying Deep red onion. If you are trading and plan to hold simply in a few days and even weeks, you need to time your personal entry.

This can become a scenario (actually, anything can happen) after the last airdrop was done but I highly doubt this would fall any deeper than it is right now. If they'll gonna dump their free coins, they should have done it in the past while it is way more valued. My guess is that the last airdrop will not affect the price of DeepOnion. The decline in price that we are experiencing in the past few weeks is due to BTC together with its consolidation.

Well, again, from what I said above, anything can happen. If, indeed, it goes deeper than the price that we have right now, I'm expecting for it to reach the $1 area. That is definitely a bargain and I would be happy to grab some Onions at that price.

After the end of the airdrop, DeepOnoin may fall deeply.  People might dump their free onions for any price

I think people in general from now on will start looking at coins that actually do something and not just the pump n dump coins. lots of ico coins will fail I think, and ICO's will have a harder time collecting money as fast as they did last year. people are more aware.
