I have our single Raspberry Pi on Testnet. Seems to work. But I am guessing its not all that competitive. Once we figure out the number of RPi's to become a competitive MasterNode we will start measuring electricity draw and produce a Battery and Solar Array. Fun project ahead.

960 EVO 250GB - controversially. limited resource 100TBW. but very high speed. approximately 2-2.5 times faster (files of small size) than the 850 PRO.
850 PRO 512GB has a much larger resource and a much larger warranty - 10 years. resource 400TBW.
I do not know whether the speed of ssd plays a very important role, but if not, the 850 PRO is preferable.
850 PRO is cheaper.
