i trying to find something better than Myr to mine with my r9
but i think it doesn't exist in this world,   i getting  128000 sat/day now (9500myr/day)
before the Myr price get down  i was at 185000 sat/day  some more than 9700myr/day, with that it was enough to pay my r9 back in little more than 1 year mining

so i tried to mine  dmd

so i get on coinwarz calculator to check what coin what get best payout i put my hashrate   dmd is in top 5 ( 0.00043881/BTC / day )

but they all worthless for my r9 270, i hoped the calculator was outdated  but it is not

i mine 1 hour dmd   i did x 24  so i get 0.63600000 dmd/day  Huh  for a little more than 50000 sat     is that all Huh
i m so disapointed, it s not gona paid my r9's

i could do a lot better with faucet, it cost lost less electricity

i did little more than 3 hours faucet today, guess how much sat i made ?  147000 sat  Grin
but must say moonbit  is paying double with hallowen

i bought 3 more r9 270 in september, i know i was some late for gpu mining but , i told my self better late than never
but i was so noob  if i knew i only bought one and keep the money for pos coins
You do something wrong. Please try to install driver for AMD 14.7 RC3, delete all bins from sgminer folder, get modified kernel from pallas (Opensource Kernel (v1)) https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anngrsdmddgb-pallas-optimized-groestl-opencl-kernels-779598 and run again. You'll get something like 10 Mh from each of your R9 270 or ~ 1 DMD/day from every card. With current difficulty it's better to mine solo.

Announcement

Coin price ticker

Added support for exchange Bittrex for coin Diamond.

Coin price ticker supports two exchanges(Bittrex and Cryptsy) for Diamond.

Also new
The navigation menu is coin based in stead of exchange based.

Go to play store to download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=wiskunde.nl.coinpriceticker&hl=nl

Like i said before radeon 7990 is much better than R9 270 even R9 290, why didn't you bought a 7990?

Can I get a copy of your CONF file?
I don't get why there isn't just a library of these files somewhere.

This is one of my config files for an R9 290 that works.  I am not sure you need the difficulty multiplier anymore but I left it in and it doesn't seem to harm anything.  Also, mining DMD I set the GPU-engine to 1100.  Memory speeds doesn't matter for DMD.  Good luck!

try changing "kernel" to "diamond".   If you are using sgminer, make sure its the one for diamond mining.  I have never been able to get version 5 working with Diamonds, but version 4.1 gives a very good hash rate with the optimized .bin files.

I did exactly the same like DMDCreeper and it's working very good.
Also usao try to use only one pool, because maybe switching between pools is the cause of this reject rate.
If you can run sgminer v4.1.0 in linux then delete the conf file and use only the .bat file.

I have downloaded and compiled the source for sgminer 4.1 for Ubuntu Linux and it works fine.

Ok, ill wait and see then.
In the meantime, ive stopped mining to the multipool out of caution, until I see that a payment goes through to my DMD wallet.

Also, still confused about the nicehash multipool setup.
I mined all day yesterday, and got a payment from nicehash, which went to the address for the multipool.
However, it's been about 2 hours since the multipool received the payment, but I have not received any DMD in my wallet.
Is there a process you have to do to get the DMD from the multipool?

It's ok... you will receive DMD in your wallet after ~ 12 hours. There are also many users mining, like me for example, on multipool and all the BTC are collected at some point, exchanged on Cryptsy I think, and then distributed among users.

Thanks for the note. Ive currently got my antminers on NiceHash already, but just mining directly to my BTC wallet. I have the extra nonce enabled also.
So, if I understand things, all I have to do is mine to the BTC address which the DMD multipool provides, and they will "convert" it to DMD and send it to my DMD wallet?
That would be SOO COOL if it works...

YES! And it's working quite nice! Smiley

PS: How many Antminers do you have? Cheesy
Ive got 3x of the S5 units. Currently mining nicehash direct to BTC wallet, but tonight (when I get home), ill try to switch-over to the multipool BTC address, and crank up some DMD earnings.

@usao - There is a mining software out there from wolf0 which is very fast for AMD cards like yours.  Search him out and look for his mining software.  Cryptonit is right - mine on Nicehash - auto convert to DMD with the multibit link in the OP.  That is a nice rig and with winter here will keep you nice and warm!  However - power might scare the begeezus out of you! :-)
Ive just started trying out the little windows program on my laptop (which is the only Windows box I have). Won't get very much though, just want to see how mining on a BTC address pays in DMD. That part is a bit confusing. Ive been trying to use my GPU's to mine groestl/dmd, but can't seem to get a working CONF file. Been trying for over 2 weeks now, but still get 100% reject regardless of what params I tweak.
The https://multipool.bit.diamonds/ pool seems to suggest that if I mine to that BTC address I will get paid in DMD.
If that's the case, then I would probably like to throw my antminers at that BTC address and get paid in DMD also. Has anyone tried mining to that address using something other than that little windows program?

I've been using my Antminer S4 on multipool since june, works flawless, just keep in mind this:

a lot guys Smiley

on top right u see how much DMD the Multipool did mine until yet

its over 10% of total coins!
