Looks like the greater DOPE community want PoS. Not just the  newbie members but the more active members as well.

PoS is most energy efficient and more importantly anyone with a computer and an internet connection can mine which broadens the potential interest.

Also moving to PoS should create some demand for the coin in the short term as existing crypto enthusiasts will pick some up to stake and sit on while they watch what happens with the coin.

If i would be Dopecoin then i would go for POS. He is doing great work, but ....

Just a hypothetical question of speculation, and curiosity more than anything. What do you guys think would happen to a coin like Dopecoin if suddenly you could spend it everywhere Bitcoin is accepted? Would the price go up(I'm thinking it would)? Would Bitcoin's price crash because of a sudden flood of other currency(this would be my main potential concern)? Would it push Both prices up? Just wondering what your thoughts on stuff like this are.

We have a ridiculous net hash of 50 MH. Do you realize that anyone can rent a 200 MH rig for 0.1 BTC for a few hours and screw this coin over? The marketing plan did not take into account the miners. It just assumed they would be there. The handful of people mining it is what is keeping the difficulty ridiculously low. This in turn leads to more coins being mined easily and the price of the coin reflecting its market value on the exchange like we see now. Bring the miners back, and the difficulty along with it. The price will organically rise.

Coin mixing service n all is good, but in the long term. Right now we really really need to focus on the short term here. The coin is dying.

Did you check what PandaCoin did? There coin was useless, nobody was looking at it anymore, it was trading at 10LTC, and it jumped to 150.

The problem is: (and this is not your problem,but it is a huge problem) The difficulty of this coin is jumping all over the place, even when hashrate stay stable, it took 90mins to find one little block, miners are just leaving. I don't know why i'm still mining it, yes, i know, because i still need to configure my miners how i can mine using X11. So new miners don't have a clue how many coins there will be mining. Maybe you don't know how to modify the source and do the same stuff as Pandacoin did or you just don't have time to do it.

That was my complains about the coin itself, now marketing....

The last time that you've posted something on twitter was from the 2th of May... come on... 2th of may!!! How can people find Dopecoin when they don't hear it, when there are no tweets about it? I know that you're very busy, but then you need to write out a bounty for someone that can be a little more active on twitter, etc.

Second point, you are putting a lot of effort in all kind of applications, but applications that currently people (miners/investors) don't care about. From the moment they hear multipool, the coin already move higher. Why is there still no multipool for Dopecoin? You have more then 7000 followers on twitter, if every follower just buy for $2 then they already own the whole coin....

Is Dopecoin looking to get listed on bter.com or so? Or looking at the chinese market?

Please look at it as positive comments as it are comments to think about it how Dopecoin can move forward.

But still... do you have BTCs left? Do you believe in the coin? I've been mining Dope again for days, but it makes me a little crazy because of those difficulty bugs... that is also one of the reasons that i want DEV to move away from this.

I bought at 1200, 300-400 and around 190.  Yeah it sucks, but these things happen. 

Don't complain, buy dope and average down.If you now by for the same amount of money you will have 10 times more coins. So when it go from 100 to 200 then you already have your lose back, and when it move to 300 then you are making 50% profit on your full investment.... If i would have BTCs then i would buy up everything till 100-200sats.
