It is clear that ECTA can help to stop fake profiles with AI and Blockchain. Even blockchain is anonymous but you can not create any fake profile and go to find a job. That will be the most useful function of ECTA.

The primary goal is to fight against a GROWING number of the fraudulent activities associated with online profiles (especially in relation with ICO campaigns) as well as to discover talented developers worldwide and help them connect with the companies in the genuine need for them.
