Mining has long needed to address the issue of energy consumption. I think it is a great idea, I am interested and will watch this theme.

You'd better not with regard to this project - this whole project seems to be a huge scam which have cost me a lot.

If anyone have any updates regarding the legal actions, please PM me.

If you want to ask a question, I will be pleased to answer criticism. We felt that it would be unfair to accept pre-orders without giving investors the means to enter the market if they were uncomfortable with the risks.

You're willing to answer what? I don't get it. What is/was your task in this Fibonacci project?

PCB that could be utilized on any ASIC that is coming out. The items to note about this red head step child of our many projects is that although its labeled bitfury or klondike it is to be named "Aura" now so we can identify it easier. It is in kicad, we never finished the Altium and Eagle conversions. This will hopefully help with the issues the klondike project had with a semi incomplete board. This can be used by the open source community to develop boards that will function properly rather than guessing as usual. As this was shelved before completion months ago I may not have the newest release in the file, but if I come across a more current one I will resend it later and you can then add it to your github.

It is necessary to look at the topic from different angles. Some of us will be mining other alt-coins, so don't worry too much about Litecoin. If I ever launch DabsCoin, I'll be sure no one else can 51% it by having 51% myself. İt is my opinion.

Is it possible to point the device to different coins at the same time to split its power? This would be nice expecially for new coins / underdog coins with low hashrates.

until the price is above the one of the gpu card(same mega hash), i don't bother with any asic scrypt

Don't "bump" a topic like this. It's many years old already. And the promoted "product", has not even come. It all turns out to be a big scam, and many people (including me) lost a lot of money.

You should go read the threads on the litecoin forum. The competitor is not really competition.

Does anyone have any updates about this?

I've not heard anything about Fibonacci / the lawsuits in months.

Last post about it seems to be from Atomic Chaos about helping someone filing a complaint. That was September

I lost a few thousand dollars as well.

This was my last communication from Jasinlee from September 23rd 2014

I am still working on the project, the threats and ltc forum moving the thread makes it pointless to even use their forum at this point so yeah you are right there. The design house says they are on track for October / November as long as everything goes according to schedule. The forum are acting this way because they think I am thibaud fabre, the dev who stole the funds....which is why they are mad since I cant issue all the refunds at once as he walked off with them. But no amount of convincing will make them understand it so I will keep working and take my work seriously. Thank you for seeing through that mess, its rough to read all of that garbage and no real way to make people see what is public information as fact.

I should have asked for that damn refund! lol

About time!

It feels really good to know people are being charged for what they did to crypto community.

I did not invest in Fibonacci or CacheCoin, but certainly I'm worried that people try to pull such scams. They must be punished.

I haven't heard much about that / the lawsuit stated here: https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=22912.0.

Can someone provide us with some updates (if there are any) or tell us where to find these updates?

Looking for only a few minutes through these topics, I see how much damage have been done. Unbelieveble. I've lost a big part of my BTC due to this too, but it's heartbreaking to see people loosing many thousands of $'s to this.

Very sad how things have unfolded for customers of fibonacci.

Jasinlee has gone silent in all communications I am aware of.

Seems to be refusing to update anyone on what is going on by being silent/absent despite claiming to update his customers in October 2014.

I'm just amazed that he was able to pull this scam off here in the US and get away with it :/

It looks like he is gone indeed. Hasn't been online since 12-10-2014 on these forums, and also not for a while on Litecointalk. For what I heard, he also doesn't reply anymore to emails, so also refunds will not take place anymore.

Unfortunately I lost a big part of my BTC investing in Fibonacci, but I'm sure many members over here and on litecointalk have lost even more. As some people have met him in real, and some also took a photo with him, I hope they somehow can find him.. He owes us atleast an explanation about what exactly happend, but I think we won't see a single penny anymore of our invested BTC Sad

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that topic yet.

Let's hope it brings some good things. Scammers should Always be punished.

@ Smoothie: Why are you actually quoting that post? So he can't change it afterwards?

For reference.

Many people have decided to get together to fund a lawsuit against Jasin on Litecointalk.org.

Thank you. I just read the actual complaint for the law suit. You can find it over here: http://imgur.com/lYsXXr6
